Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome
appetizer list.

the place is a bit too dark, a bit too small, still ok to sit down. For the ramen, soup based is very good, not too salty, we don't find thristy after the meal. Ramen itself is chewable, not soft. Also, it is so fun to grind the seasame.View more

This is our go-to spot for ramen on the South Shore. You are encouraged to order online by scanning the QR code given, but that means you pay & tip in advance. The waiters can also take your order & you can pay at the end.
The service is usually great, & we don't usually wait, but our most recent visit was on a rainy Victoria Day, so we had to wait. The host took my name & number & we waited in the car. It took a while so I returned to the restaurant. The host said that there was a problem with the system so he lost the wait list.
The drinks we ordered were only served midway through our main meal (we ordered appetizers). I guess this was just on off day. Usually our experience is great, so I am still giving a good review. 15% off ramens in May was nice. Highly recommend the karaage.View more

Really enjoyed my visit to Ramen Isshin in Brossard. The service was friendly & quick, & the atmosphere is cozy without being too loud or crowded. I tried the Black Garlic Shio ramen & it was amazing-super flavorful without being too heavy. The broth had great depth & the noodles were cooked just right. Definitely recommend that one if you're not sure what to try. Will be coming back for sure!View more

Bon ramen. Je suis très content de voir qu'ils aient le tsukemen a la carte. Dommage que les pâtes étaient très froides (je sais qu'il faut le mettre dans le bouillon chaud à côté, mais là, les pâtes très très froides refroidissaient rapidement mon bouillon). Mais globalement, je ne suis pas déçu par mon repas.View more

Great first experience.
Came in at 11am & the place was empty. Got served immediately by a friendly waiter & the food arrived swiftly.
I chose fried chicken Karaage for entrance & a red miso ramen bowl with an extra egg.
Food was hot, tasty & plenty.

Des ramens vraiment goûteux & délicieux. Très bon mais pas donné par contre, ca a coûté 160$ pour 5 personnes dont 3 enfants.

Toujours un plaisir & un délice de manger chez Ramn Isshin au Dix30. Nous en faisons une sortie en se déplacant des Hautes-Laurentides pour venir manger un bol de ramen reconfortant. Les entrées sont tout autant savoureuses. De plus, le menu & la commande par code QR sur notre téléphone est intuitive. Il est aussi possible d'avoir un menu'traditionnel' si requis. Le personnel est disponible au besoin pour répondre à nos questions & est jovial. Lors de notre dernière visite, nous avons fait la decouverte de la bière Ippon Sansh?-Gingembre qui est légère & rafraîchissante.
