Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome

Miso épicé: excellent bouillon. Overall super mais j'ai hésité à mettre juste 3 étoiles car le porc n'était pas du tout celui représenté sur les images, il était aussi très mince & non grillé au wok selon moi. Sinon vraiment bon!View more

Great first experience.
Came in at 11am & the place was empty. Got served immediately by a friendly waiter & the food arrived swiftly.
I chose fried chicken Karaage for entrance & a red miso ramen bowl with an extra egg.
Food was hot, tasty & plenty.
10/10 would recommend & will return.View more

I recently visited here & had the pleasure of trying both the spicy miso ramen, the shoyu ramen & takoyaki Ofc! All dishes were absolutely delicious, with rich, flavorful broths that were perfectly balanced. The noodles, however, were the standout - they had just the right texture, with a satisfying chew that complemented the broth so well. The service was also great - the staff was friendly & attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic meal & I'll definitely be returning! Excellent service, friendly staff! Le prix est bon pour la majorité. Seul hic, c'est étrange que tous les ramens non végé ne viennent pas avec un oeuf par défaut. Ex: ramen miso est plus cher que les autres mais n'a pas d'oeuf... Également à mon avis il manque de légumes sur le menu (ex: salade de concombres serait un bel ajout). Overall très bon! :)View more

I like the miso red ramen. The broth is rich & flavourful with a bit of spiciness. The food portion is good despite the meal is on the pricier side. The quality of the food & presentation justify the cost.
Service is great. The staff is patient, pays attention & is soft spoken. Everyone is professional.
The atmosphere is very good at lunchtime. Everything is clean & the layout is simple & comfortable. The ambience is gentle & calm.
