Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

I ordered a Ramen soup to have it delivered to my child, after 1 hour of waiting, I get a message saying that they cancelled my order. I had to order from another restaurant meanwhile my child was hungry & waiting. This is really not professional at all. No matter if the food is good or not, this is not acceptable.
Their strawberry shaved ice was really good! I had the tsukemen (dipping noodles) ; I just found out you're not supposed to drink the soup, only dip it! It was very good
Excellente expérience chez Ramen Isshin Brossard. Le bouillon est riche & savoureux, les nouilles parfaitement cuites & les garnitures fraîches & généreuses. Le service est rapide, attentionné & chaleureux, même aux heures de pointe. L'ambiance est conviviale & moderne, idéale autant pour un repas entre amis que pour un souper en famille. Le poulet karaage est croustillant & délicieux, un vrai coup de coeur. & que dire du dessert, la glace au thé vert… simplement wow, une belle touche finale rafraîchissante. Définitivement une des meilleures adresses de ramen à Brossard, je recommande fortement.
Toujours très bon. Cuisine type brasserie japonaise. Évidemment, les soupes ramen sont très bonnes. J'ai essayé d'autres restaurants qui servent des ramens, mais il n'y a rien à faire, personne n'est aussi savoureux.
the place is a bit too dark, a bit too small, still ok to sit down. For the ramen, soup based is very good, not too salty, we don't find thristy after the meal. Ramen itself is chewable, not soft. Also, it is so fun to grind the seasame.
Les soupes sont délicieuses & soigneusement préparées. Le service est rapide & les serveurs sont toujours très serviables! Nous venons souvent & avons toujours eu de belles expériences! Le cocktail au litchi est un délice!!

Excellente soupe Miso Rouge & Dragon Rouge. Ravioli good, takoyaki good. I would have liked a boiled egg in the miso rouge also for the price. Good service. Good ambiance. We recommend it!
so wow! highly recommended! Specially their Dragon Rouge Ramen. So tasty. soup is rich, & the smokey native taste that is unforgettable. & also, we we're served by Benjamin who was so informative & professional. We definitely go back here!

J'y suis allée 2x, une fois à 2 & une fois à 4. Les soupes sont délicieuses! J'ai essayé aussi des entrées & 2 verres alcoolisés, tout était très bon. À essayer!
Le restaurant n'est pas très grand, mais l'attente est peu longue & le service excellent. Une petite perle à découvrir ! Une des meilleures soupes que j'ai mangé. Réellement à essayer !
We had lunch at this place. Delicious soups but the staff & atmosphere were not very pleasing. There are scary dragons on the walls, the establishment is dark, there is little light, which is not very acceptable for me & my family. We took dumplings & 4 soups, the soup is delicious but I think it contains MSG.
