Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome

Le ramen était absolument délicieux & le service était tout aussi excellent. Le bouillon avait une saveur que j'aime particulièrement. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Bien que ce ne soit pas le meilleur ramen que j'aie goûté, il est définitivement très bon & se situe parmi les meilleurs.

Tasty ramen, highly recommend trying the one you grind your sesame seeds. Watch out for the small red pepper 😁

Had the red miso ramen & it was excellent. The broth was well balanced lightly spicy & sweet with great aromatics. The addition of carrots was a nice touch. The broth to noodle ratio was also on point which seems to be a miss in other places. Also had the Karaage chicken & it was ok, a bit too oily. The edamame had garlic powder which was an interesting addition. Overall recommended.

Excellente expérience chez Ramen Isshin Brossard. Le bouillon est riche & savoureux, les nouilles parfaitement cuites & les garnitures fraîches & généreuses. Le service est rapide, attentionné & chaleureux, même aux heures de pointe. L'ambiance est conviviale & moderne, idéale autant pour un repas entre amis que pour un souper en famille. Le poulet karaage est croustillant & délicieux, un vrai coup de coeur. & que dire du dessert, la glace au thé vert… simplement wow, une belle touche finale rafraîchissante. Définitivement une des meilleures adresses de ramen à Brossard, je recommande fortement.

The garlic shoyu was delicious . The waiter recommended their new mango shaved ice dessert which was nice & refreshing! Would recommend & come again.

Un pur délice, nous y sommes 1 fois par mois environs, toujours aussi bon. Ramen shio délicieux, un classique. Je vous recommande le Tsukemen pour varier un peu !

This is our go-to spot for ramen on the South Shore. You are encouraged to order online by scanning the QR code given, but that means you pay & tip in advance. The waiters can also take your order & you can pay at the end.
The service is usually great, & we don't usually wait, but our most recent visit was on a rainy Victoria Day, so we had to wait. The host took my name & number & we waited in the car. It took a while so I returned to the restaurant. The host said that there was a problem with the system so he lost the wait list.
The drinks we ordered were only served midway through our main meal (we ordered appetizers). I guess this was just on off day. Usually our experience is great, so I am still giving a good review. 15% off ramens in May was nice. Highly recommend the karaage.

Really enjoyed my visit to Ramen Isshin in Brossard. The service was friendly & quick, & the atmosphere is cozy without being too loud or crowded. I tried the Black Garlic Shio ramen & it was amazing-super flavorful without being too heavy. The broth had great depth & the noodles were cooked just right. Definitely recommend that one if you're not sure what to try. Will be coming back for sure!

Great first experience.
Came in at 11am & the place was empty. Got served immediately by a friendly waiter & the food arrived swiftly.
I chose fried chicken Karaage for entrance & a red miso ramen bowl with an extra egg.
Food was hot, tasty & plenty.
10/10 would recommend & will return.
