Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.

We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!

Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.

Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome
appetizer list.

Excellente soupe Miso Rouge & Dragon Rouge. Ravioli good, takoyaki good. I would have liked a boiled egg in the miso rouge also for the price. Good service. Good ambiance. We recommend it!

Excellent service, friendly staff! Le prix est bon pour la majorité. Seul hic, c'est étrange que tous les ramens non végé ne viennent pas avec un oeuf par défaut. Ex: ramen miso est plus cher que les autres mais n'a pas d'oeuf... Également à mon avis il manque de légumes sur le menu (ex: salade de concombres serait un bel ajout). Overall très bon! :)

I'd travel here instead of walking to my neighbourhood Kinton Ramen. The servers were really nice & the food was tasty. I'd recommend trying the miso Épicé.

Restaurant vraiment beau & propre. Super service les serveurs sont vraiment gentils & nous ont demandés à la fin si ont a bien aimé & donner des recommandations. J'ai pris le miso végé épicé & c'est un 10/10. C'est sur que je retourne.

Always amazing & consistent vegan ramen. Our favourite is the spicy veggie miso ramen with kale noodles (the kale noodles are the only vegan noodles but they're also gluten-free & tasty so it's a win win)

Excellent service & accueil chaleureux. Une très bonne option de ramens sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal avec différentes options. Nous avons tous deux pris le miso épicé qui était très bien, mais je vous recommande d'ajouter un oeuf (vient sans oeuf)! Je recommande !

I like the miso red ramen. The broth is rich & flavourful with a bit of spiciness. The food portion is good despite the meal is on the pricier side. The quality of the food & presentation justify the cost.

Service is great. The staff is patient, pays attention & is soft spoken. Everyone is professional.

The atmosphere is very good at lunchtime. Everything is clean & the layout is simple & comfortable. The ambience is gentle & calm.

It is a good place for a date.
