Expérience vraiment déplorable au Jellybar à Montréal.
700 $ pour 4 personnes : des plats à partager qui se résument à quelques bouchées, une stratégie parfaite pour pousser les clients à recommander sans cesse - bouteille d'eau, bouteille de vin, plat supplémentaire… Une pression commerciale permanente & oppressante.
Pour couronner le tout, la musique assourdissante & l'obscurité totale créent une ambiance conçue pour étourdir, voire anesthésier les clients plutôt que leur offrir un bon moment.
& le service… La serveuse a trouvé utile de concentrer toute son attention sur le mari de mon amie, avec une attitude aguicheuse & franchement ridicule. Une technique de vente mal déguisée, qui rend l'expérience encore plus inconfortable & déplacée.
Au final : on paie très cher pour manger presque rien, subir une ambiance pénible & un service orienté uniquement vers la consommation forcée.
Nous ne reviendrons pas, & nous le déconseillons vivement.
Sister restaurant to Jellyfish which is much cozier & smaller. We've been multiple times & always enjoyed the food & vibe of this place. Meat & fish are always great. The cocktails are delicious. It does get loud on busy nights but not nearly as bad as next door. Highly recommend for a great meal with some excellent service.

We had a nice evening at Pub Jelly overall. The food was mostly excellent-the beef tartare was absolutely delicious, & the octopus was also perfectly cooked & very tasty. Unfortunately, the potatoes were a bit of a letdown as they were overcooked, which surprised us since a friend had them before & remembered them being much better.
We also tried one of the pizzas, & sadly, it really missed the mark. The one with sour cream just didn't work for us flavor-wise-I wouldn't recommend it.
As for the service, while the staff was friendly & respectful, the experience felt a bit slow. We waited a long time before being able to order & before receiving our drinks, & we had to remind them about the octopus, which had been forgotten. It may have just been a busy night, but the delays stood out.
That said, the highlights on the menu made the visit worthwhile, & we'd consider coming back to try a few different things.
The food was excellent, & the service was top notch. This was the best food we had in Montreal/Quebec. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing meal.
HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The food was unique & delicious. We especially enjoyed our crafted cocktails! The service was out of this world! Every server was very detailed about the plates & made the experience more fun. Our server, Maria, was very hospitable, knowledgeable & pleasant. She made great suggestions. Overall, great place!
Un seul mot ! Incroyable !!! Charles & son équipe ont organisé notre Party de noël pour plus de 80 personnes cette année & vraiment ,un service top ,le chef & son équipe nous a préparé plusieurs bouchés (concept cocktail dînatoire ) . From the moment our group sat down, we immediately noticed the excellent quality of hospitality from our server. She was super knowledgeable & attentive. Every dish she suggested was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Excellent restaurant. Je recommande fortement le choux fleurs, les pâtes aux campignons & pois vert, ainsi que le plateau de poissons fumés avec légumes marinés.
Really nice experience there. The waitress recommended us a few dishes & explained to us how it usually goes at Pubjelly & she had a nice attitude. We got around 6 plates & were pretty much full by the end. The drink looked small for the price but it packed quite some punch which is good for the price (40$~ for the cocktail pitcher) The food was superb. Loved the fried cauliflower, a recommendation that the waitress gave us. The pizza at the end was good & is definitely enough to fill one person alone even with half of it. Overall, i recommend this place & would definitely go again.
Marie-Suzanne was our waiter, very charismatic, helpful, professional. It was a first time visit at pubjelly, absolutely LOVED the food, I recommend the steak, so good. I'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

Nous avons fait notre diner d'équipe au Pubjelly & avons eu une superbe expérience ! Les plats étaient délieux & raffinés, notre serveur nous a recommandé des plats à partager en fonction de notre budget. Cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu une si bonne expérience. Je recommande !
Came here for my birthday. Amazing service waitress really took her time to explain the menu as we were pretty lost, ended up taking the discovery menu which was some of the best food I've had in a while. Small portions but you end eating so much even big appetites will be full. I would recommend this for multiple occasions with friends family or even business
