We went two times during our stay in Montreal. We finally tasted all the beers from Quebec. It was great. Music, beers... everything was perfect! The waiters were really kind & friendly. I would recommend to visit this pub to spend a good time, relaxing while you take some drinks & eat some snacks.

Great time at Sunday brunch. Always fun to visit with surprising good 'pub food' & beer, & great staff, too. Can be rather crowded
so keep in mind if you're worried about that. Bottles of wine are 1/2 price on Wednesdays BTW.
Cozy pub with great food & service. I loved the Pad Thai I ordered. My party was headed to the museum at Pointe-a-Calliere & this was a great location for us. The museum is a few minutes away.

The staff is fun personable & hard working.
Food is always fresh & delicious.

Je ne recommande pas le tartare de boeuf car il était tiède/chaud/ plus chaud que tiède, ce qui ne devrait pas, car un tartare doit arriver froid aux clients. Celui-ci ne goûtait rien mise à part le boeuf hachée, texture inclus. Je ne peux confirmer si c'était le cas, mais ça y ressemblait.
À aucuns moment on nous a demandé si tout était à notre goût, nous avons demandé du sel & du poivre & c'est à ce moment ou le serveur s'est mis subitement à être très "occupé" ... à prendre des shoters avec la clientèle.
Notez que je trouve très chaleureux & convivial ce comportement , dans la mesure ou le reste de la clientèle n'en souffre pas..
Au final nous n'avons mangé que la moitié de notre assiette puisque nous étions affamés & que nous ne faisons pas confiance aux restaurateurs quand il est questions de demander un autre plat puisque celui-ci n'est pas mangeable. Nous avons choisi de "terminer" nos assiettes & partir, ce qui fût difficile puisque notre serveur était débordé avec les shoters. Mon conjoint à du aller voir au bar le serveur pour lui demander l'addition afin de partir.
Encore une fois, personne ne nous a demandé si nous étion satisfait, cependant le serveur nous a remercié a plusieurs reprises. Il semblait avoir constaté notre mécontantement, sans nous le demander, ce qui est d'ailleurs sans doute la raison pourquoi il nous a remercié à mainte reprise lors de notre départ.
Malgré le manque d'attention à notre égard celui-ci était fort sympathique, mais j'attribue la note de 1 aux plats qui étaient sans goût, sans accompagnement, tartare de boeuf avec une sauce ainsi que des croûtons pour la modique somme de 24$.
Mes amis ont mangés un fish & chips dans un gros bol de frites avec un morceau de poisson d'à peine 3 pouces par 2 pouces sans goût.
Je recommande ce Pub pour prendre un verre, mais aucunement pour y manger.
Pour nous, c'était la première & dernière fois que nous y mettions les pieds.
I was organizing a small McGill reunion while I was visiting Montreal again this summer & I was looking for a place that was in a good location, upscale & but relaxed vibe, & something that had a lot of character & charm. After combing through many restaurants, I selected Pub Saint Pierre because it looked like the perfect place. Pub Saint Pierre did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I was looking - the drinks were great, the food was very delicious, & the overall service was on point! If I were still living in Montreal, this would be a constant go to for sure! Highly recommend if you're visiting Montreal & looking for a great place to eat & drink.
