Très déçue. J'ai pris 2 mangue frappé & 1 frappé glacé à la mousse au fromage, avec bulles éclatantes payées en extra dans chaque boisson. Il n'y avait presque rien, pas de mangue & quasiment aucune bulle éclatante dans les trois drinks.
Franchement, c'est de l'argent gaspillé.
Le pire Presotea que j'ai essayé. Je ne recommande pas.

Order a'frappé glacé mousse au fromage' one mango & one dragon fruit & both were delicious 😋
I also order a beef onigiri but was quite disappointed 🥲 there is barely any filling & for the price nearly 5$, I would get onigiri elsewhere that has more filling.
Service & their flavor & topping choice has quite a lot in that Presotea location! Will come back again for their bubble tea for sure whenever I'm going to the Carrefour Laval mall 🧋🧋
Commandé à plusieurs reprises auparavant car le service était rapide (en personne & sur l'application). Aujourd'hui, c'était un petit peu plus lent (ce n'est pas très grave)... mais c'est après en ayant bu nos deux boissons qu'on s'est aperçu que 1 des 2 avait de la crème de coco... & le 2e n'avait pas de fèves rouges. Donc, les deux boissons n'étaient pas préparés avec les bonnes garnitures.

Malheureusement, ils n'acceptent pas les cartes cadeaux du Carrefour Laval, sachant qu'elles se trouvent à l'intérieur du centre. Ils doivent laisser un avis officiel pour ne pas accepter les cartes émises par le Carrefour Laval. C'est quelque chose d'inacceptable. Cependant, le service est bon, Il y a tellement de glace à l'intérieur de la boisson que le goût est faible.
