I've been a regular at Koi for a while, & the food is consistently good. However, on my last visit, I waited about 30 minutes for my order. It seemed like the kitchen was prioritizing delivery & Uber Eats orders, which affected the dine-in service. I hope they can find a better balance so the experience is great for everyone.
