Across the reviews, KÒI Noodle Bar shines with flavorful broths and generous portions, offering a welcoming, cozy vibe and a varied menu that includes ramen, pho, banh mi, and bubble tea, all made with fresh ingredients and presented with care, while prices stay accessible and service tends to be friendly and attentive, making it a reliable spot to enjoy comforting Asian dishes.
Food: Ordered a banh mi & a ramen soup. Both looked very appetizing. Banh mi was tasty. Ramen broth really lacked flavor & didnt hit the spot. Noodles were fresh.
Overall service wasn't amazing considering only two staff members were trying to take care of entire restaurant. Not good for the employees & costumers.
Atmosphere/ restaurant is nicely renovated. If you're someone who's cold easily, ask to sit away from the windows.

Visited multiple times & WAS a very enjoyable place but last 1-2 shows a big downgrade in service & quality of food.
It seems there is only 1 waiter & he seems overwhelmed. Takes time to welcome customers & even forgot the give us the menu after being seated. We had to get the menu ourselves.
Food quality was worst, super salty broth & doesn't seems fresh anymore. Ramen was undercooked & clumped together. While we kinda like a lot of meat the pork slices were super thick too. No effort in building the bowl for a good presentation too. Gyozas kept on getting smaller & smaller too.
While I loved this place, I wont be visiting for a while now. I hope you take this review positively & bounce back.
Amazing ramen, but what really made the experience unforgettable was Nina's customer service! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with genuine warmth & a big smile. She took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, & checked in just enough without being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about the customers & takes pride in her work. The ramen itself was delicious-rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, & fresh toppings
Bao bun was full flavour but only had carrots, should have had at least a second vegetable. Shiitake shrimp just tasted like the mushrooms. Karaage was good. Tonkotsu ramen had delicious broth but the pork was just alright.

This was my first visit. The broth was just extraordinary. I ordered the porc & shrimp wonton soup & the entire dish was amazing. I'm definitely coming back with friends!
Loved the veggie ramen! Broth is delicious & creamy. Veggies didn't feel fresh (felt like it was the frozen ones that they defrosted - texture was off but tasted good regardless). I'd order it again & would go back :)
Kok Noodle Bar is an unassuming spot in Laval that serves up some of the best & most authentic Asian dishes I've ever had. The beef ramen is the real standout here. The broth is rich & flavourful, the beef is so tender it practically falls apart, & the noodles have just the right texture. It's one of those dishes that sticks with you, & I find myself craving it constantly. The portions are huge, the food is ridiculously affordable, & the taste is absolutely out of this world. It's rare to find this level of quality in such an unpretentious setting, but that's part of the charm. I make a point of going at least once a week, & I've never been disappointed. Whether you're into pho, ramen, or other hearty Asian dishes, this place delivers. If you haven't been, you're seriously missing out.
