Very disappointed with my experience. Before ordering, I specifically asked if the mango came with my drink & was told that it did. When I received my drink, it was missing. I went back to have the mistake corrected, & instead of simply fixing an error that was not my fault, I was told I had to pay an extra $0.50. It's not about the 50 cents, it's the principle. I confirmed what was included before ordering, was given incorrect information, & then was expected to pay extra to correct the staff's mistake. Poor customer service & very frustrating.

The drinks are okay at best (mango / sakura slush). The waiting time was so long.

Order a'frappé glacé mousse au fromage' one mango & one dragon fruit & both were delicious 😋

I also order a beef onigiri but was quite disappointed 🥲 there is barely any filling & for the price nearly 5$, I would get onigiri elsewhere that has more filling.

Service & their flavor & topping choice has quite a lot in that Presotea location! Will come back again for their bubble tea for sure whenever I'm going to the Carrefour Laval mall 🧋🧋

Un jugo de mango muy especial con trozos de fruta en su interior. Pero hay muchosss sabores más con perlas con sabores diferentes y excelente M café y crema

Mango slush is beyond anything Tried their brown sugar milk tea was good :)

Their mango cheese cloud is not as good as presotea downtown. Feels sour a but.
