I accidentally ordered an extra drink at the self-service kiosk & immediately asked if it could be canceled before it was prepared. Unfortunately, my request was refused & the staff were mean & rude & they were ignoring us.

Idk if Vanessa( one of the servers) & her lady gang had a bad day or just don't like their jobs but they seem annoyed , impatient & don't want to be working. As any other tea place I go, I regurlarly go to One Babo Tea place , whenever there's a topping that I'm not sure of the taste nor if I would like it, I ask for a sample just to make sure I enjoy the drink I order & PAY FOR!!!. So in the drink I ordered there was' bleuet éclatant' & before She made the drink I ask if I could taste'bleuet éclatant' because I'm picky on my toppings & didnt know if I would like the taste or the texture. This Vanessa girl RUDELY said'We don't do that here' just to turn around & walk out. I have NEVER been refused to taste a topping even if its a single pearl. & When I ask her collegue for her name, they all looked at each other like I was crazy... CUSTOMER SERVICE is important when you work in the food industry. Believe that!! & from ALL the other bad reviews I read on here, your customer service is what's lacking the most!! Bad Bad Bad !! Especially if you're located in a MALL!!! SMDH I will not be going to this place EVER AGAIN.!!

Very disappointed with my experience. Before ordering, I specifically asked if the mango came with my drink & was told that it did. When I received my drink, it was missing. I went back to have the mistake corrected, & instead of simply fixing an error that was not my fault, I was told I had to pay an extra $0.50. It's not about the 50 cents, it's the principle. I confirmed what was included before ordering, was given incorrect information, & then was expected to pay extra to correct the staff's mistake. Poor customer service & very frustrating.

Très déçue. J'ai pris 2 mangue frappé & 1 frappé glacé à la mousse au fromage, avec bulles éclatantes payées en extra dans chaque boisson. Il n'y avait presque rien, pas de mangue & quasiment aucune bulle éclatante dans les trois drinks.
Franchement, c'est de l'argent gaspillé.
Le pire Presotea que j'ai essayé. Je ne recommande pas.

Personally, I'm a big fan of presotea. They give a wide variety of high quality flavours & options & not one of them is bad. The downfall of these great drinks is the price, though you do get a decent amount of drink, you're sorta obligated to spend atleast 8-14$ on a drink alone. There are better & more affordable boba shops that i recommend, but presotea is a tasty splurge that many can enjoy. My go to is the Japanese burnt coffe with grass jelly & black tapioca! (13$)

We tried the limited edition flavors Snow Foam Strawberry Matcha & Coconut Slush Strawberry Cream & they were delicious! But I wanted to let Presotea know that we HATE the new cardboard cups. It really takes away from the drinks' experience.
