I ordered a mango smoothie, but the blender they used did not look properly cleaned. The staff were also not very friendly, & it seemed like they did not really care about cleanliness or quality.

The service was very slow as well. Even though there were no other customers, it took more than 10 minutes after I ordered to receive my drink. I would understand if there was a machine issue, but the way the staff handled the situation was not professional at all.

I would not recommend this place unless they improve their cleanliness, service, & overall attitude toward customers.

This is one of my fav presotea spots but today changes that not only was the service poor but the smoothie i bought was terrible & its the same order I always get the three people you have working there today 16th April 2026 at about 7:38pm ish are not good I stood there for minutes before they noticed me because they had their backs to the counter & were talking then they didn't get my order right because they kept talking still mind you I'm the only customer at this point so it shouldn't have taken as long as it did to get my order then she hands it to me well more like slams it down in front of me while facing away still talking to the other girls & my cup is covered with smoothie I mean covered like a yucky mess she didn't wipe it nothing I leave because I had to catch the bus but then my smoothie tastes like straight water! I got a different mango drink than I asked for different toppings than I asked for & poor service not a fun experience! 👎🏻

Aujourd'hui je suis très en colère ,alors que je suis quelqu'un de très patientes . Voyant que mon bus vient dans 8 min & j'adore le prestotea , je viens faire une commande. Il y'a 2 filles noires à la caisse ( je précise la couleur car il y'a une fille asiatique, qui est partie au toilette & je ne veux pas qu'elle soit indexée) Déjà Les 2 filles en avant sert un client accompagné d'un autre qui semble être leurs amis du Tim Hortons d'en face . Ça parle beaucoup & ça hésite sur la préparation je ne sais pas pourquoi. Une des filles doit être en pause vu qu'elle ne me servait pas & je précise que je suis une femme enceinte au dernier trimestre & on voit mon gros ventre. En gros la fille qui doit faire les commandes, discute avec sa collègue & parfois avec le client pendant que la regarde, elle fait des PAUSES PENDANT CHAQUE GESTE pour continuer sa conversation avec sa collègue. A CHAQUE GESTE ! J'étais tellement choquée que je les regardais fixement, nos regards se croisaient & non ça discute . Le moment d'emballer la commande avec la machine , elle
Laisse la machine fait son travail & au lieu de prendre ma commande entre temps , madame se mets au milieu & discute avec sa collègue. Je suis juste partir au Tim Hortons . Après ma commande trop fâchée du manque de respect, je suis allée leurs dire comment elles sont irrespectueuse & qu'à la base moi même étant quand même une jeune adulte je suis assez patiente & compréhensive j'ai été insultée par leur comportements . Surtout que de une je suis enceinte & j'ai un bus à prendre . En ce moment beaucoup de gens veulent travailler & ne trouvent pas . Respectons-nous quand même

After a long day of work, I treated myself to a good Bubble Tea. The worker with the cute glasses there took great care of me. When I got my fantastic drink, there were a bunch of youngsters that made her life very difficult. I hope that she's okay & that the guys would leave her alone. Anyways, the drink was very good & worth every penny.

I had a very good experience with a girl called Olesea. She helped me choose the perfect drink. I feel bad since a group of guys came to harass the workers. They had cups from TimHortons & wanted to buy tapioca balls to put in their drinks. They threatened to leave bad reviews & were very pushy/aggressive. I hope the girl is okay.

Bubble tea is one of my favorite drinks, but this is the second time in this presotea that I've gotten sick from their drinks.

The mango tasted strange. I thought it was a new flavor, but it was actually expired. Unfortunately, I realized this when only the fruit remained at the bottom, & it had turned dark. This is the only Presotea store that doesn't even care about the quality of his fruits. I will never buy from Presotea again.
