Bon produits mais sérieux le service à la clientèle pas très fort! Je suis passé vers 16h15 vendredi, petit rush avec une file qui s'accumulait, pis laissez moi vous dire que les employés avaient l'air d'être au ralenti & confus. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce qu'ils étaient fatigués ou avaient fumés un gros joint, mais wow, pas fameux. La fille me dit qu'il n'y a pas de pains au chocolat, d'accord, en payant mon pain campagnard, je vois en faite qu'il y en a. Alors je lui demande d'ajouter & que je vais payer. Mais elle me recharge les deux pain alors qu'elle venait tout juste de me faire payer le premier. Bon elle était fine mais, treeeees lente & confus. Juste rentrer le pain dans le sac lui a pris au moins 2 minutes! Ensuite, une cliente anglo à coté commande une tarte a l'érable au monsieur qui lui informe qu'il y en a pas. Elle lui a gentiment montré qu'en effet c'était la! Le tout avec une bonne lenteur Lol entre-temps, la file elle continue de s'allonger. Bref, tout ça pour dire que peut être une petite formation sur l'efficacité serait bien..sans les chicaner!

Pâtisserie située sous terre, plutôt discrète & sans prétention particulière. Nous y avons acheté un dessert appelé «O lala au chocolat». C'était bon, sans être exceptionnel, mais tout à fait correct pour une pause sucrée.
Le service était agréable.
Ce n'est pas une pâtisserie particulièrement remarquable ou incontournable, mais elle fait bien son travail. À noter toutefois que le terminal de paiement est assez étrange & peu pratique, ce qui peut dérouter.
Dans l'ensemble, une adresse correcte, sans plus.
Je ne peux pas mettre plus &, honnêtement, j'aurai voulu mettre moins.
J'attrape sur ma correspondance un sandwich jambon fromage, ce qu'il y a de plus basique. Pas chauffé. Un peu plus de 12$ taxes & tip compris. Arrivé chez moi : j'ai une demi-baguette & une tranche de salade. Pas de jambon. Pas de fromage. Pas même une noisette de beurre.
Je veux bien qu'une erreur ça arrive. Je veux bien qu'entre midi & deux il y a du monde. Mais oublier les deux ingrédients qui font le nom du sandwich, c'est quand même abuser sur l'erreur ! (& je ne parle même pas du fait que le menu chez Mcdo est moins cher, c'est pas le débat).
It is very deceiving that the quality of the dessert has so deteriorated in this premiere moisson. The gingerbreads this year are so tasteless, no smell of ginger & very commercial. The fuit tarte which I loved had no crust, is that believable??? Why has it become so cheap? A successful bakery the primary ingredient is butter!!! I am sooo disappointed!!
Première Moisson reste ma boulangerie/pâtisserie de premier choix partout. Aujourd'hui à la Gare Centrale, j'ai été servie pas Cher, un jeune homme en formation, accueillant & très professionnel. Il représente bien le nom de Première Moisson.

stopped by here to get a cake for my birthday & it was the best cake i've ever had. I believe it's chocolate hazelnut, it was so good! Only problem was that it was over $40 for a very small cake, but in the end it was very delicious
Toujours un vrai plaisir de passer à Première Moisson ! Tout est frais, bien présenté & savoureux, des viennoiseries aux pâtisseries en passant par les sandwichs & fromages. Le service est rapide & courtois, même quand il y a du monde, & l'endroit reste accueillant & propre.
Parfait pour un café sur le pouce ou une petite pause gourmande avant de prendre le train.
I really can't tell you why but every time i go there, the employees either ignore you or they take a really long time to prepare your order. I decided against writing anything after waiting 10minutes for a pre-packaged soup to heat up today, but then changed my mind when i sat at my desk only to find out it was still completely cold... gros chillin spot pour les employers..
Overall pretty good but their stand alone locations are definitely better. Had the almond croissant which felt a bit stale but still very good. Also tried the praline covered croissant. It didn't really taste like praline but rather crunchy chocolate. It was pretty sweet but overall fantastic. It was pretty quiet when we visited so there was lots of seating available but it can get very crowded here.
