I had a disappointing experience at Boulangerie Première Moisson. I ordered a pointe de quiche / tourte / feuilleté that was clearly labeled $5.25 on the display. However, when I went to pay, the cashier charged $7.99 instead.
When I politely pointed out the price shown on the display, the manager came over but did not take the time to discuss the issue with me. Instead, the price on the display was quickly changed without any explanation or acknowledgment. The interaction felt dismissive & unprofessional.
Mistakes with pricing can happen, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. Customers should be treated respectfully & pricing should be honored when it is clearly displayed. Overall, this was a very unsatisfying experience & quite unprofessional.

Lorsque j'ai poliment mentionné le prix affiché, le gérant est venu mais n'a pas pris le temps de discuter de la situation avec moi. Au lieu de cela, le prix affiché a été rapidement modifié, sans aucune explication ni reconnaissance du problème. L'interaction m'a semblé peu professionnelle & assez irrespectueuse.
Des erreurs de prix peuvent arriver, mais la façon dont cette situation a été gérée est décevante. Les clients devraient être traités avec respect & le prix affiché devrait être honoré. Au final, c'était une expérience très insatisfaisante & peu professionnelle.

I asked the lady at the cash register if the baguettes were of the day & she told me they were Came home to discover that they were rock hard & clearly from the day before.
Don't waste your money at this establishment. Not good business
Fresh! Amazing food for pastries & bread. Prices are not cheap... but they have promos at times that make it great value but other then that it's a bit pricy . But... the quality & the food is great ! 5/5 overall still
I recently ordered a cake from here for my boyfriend's birthday, & I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the ordering process was smooth, efficient, & very cost-effective, which made planning the celebration stress-free.
The cake itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely delicious, & the writing on the chocolate plate was clear, elegant, & beautifully done. This is a small detail that really made the cake feel special & personalized.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable & polite, & they took the time to answer all of my questions with patience & care. Their professionalism & friendliness made a great impression & gave me confidence in my order.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, & I would highly recommend ordering from here for any special occasion.

Jeune petite employée noire , vendeuse nulle, complètement perdue . Elle ne connaissait rien de rien , ne savait pas ce qu'elle faisait, pataugeait dans tout , se trompait sur tout , déboussolée , voulant expédier le client après une file d'attente . C'est pas acceptable .
Essayez svp d'engager des personnes avec un minimum d'expérience dans la vente & relations avec le public meme si c'est la période des fêtes .
The server named Keyla was really sweet. I didn't know what I was looking for so I let her choose & she gave me such a good sandwich. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Cookies were also super good!!!!!!😜

Pas de chauffage dans la salle à manger, même en hiver. Mes enfants grelotaient & voulaient rentrer à la maison alors qu'on est venus en famille pour passer du bon temps
