Terrible service des personnels: je suis rentré avec ma famille dedans la première moisson & on m'a été mal servie pour commencer faut savoir que moi & mon petit frère on n'a des types de nourriture très limité sourtout mon petit frère il a une condition appeller arfid donc y mange pas toute les sorte de nourriture. Ma mère & moi & mon petit frère était sur une table en train de manger une pizza pour moi & mon frère de Pizza Pizza, on était au calme & dérangeant personne.Ya une employée (madame avec des mèches blondes & lunettes) qui vient toute avec une attitude & caractère pas très gentille en mode énervé & agressive je comprends son explication mais mon père & aller achèter un gateau & cappuccino & l'a employé dit que on peut pas amener la nourriture de dehors dedans la pâtisserie & ma mère commence à expliquer que mon père & aller acheter & elle ne croyait pas & n'écoutait pas. Elle voulait argumenter plus & augmenter la tension au point les gens autour regardait & même une famille est partie car y trouvait pas sa résonable. Je trouvais ça vraiment pas correct de sa pars parce que en plus on allait acheter mes à la fin est à kick out moi & ma famille de la patisserie. Pas juste sa quand mon père voulais un remboursement de 13,03$ à la caisse la même employée voulais que donner environ 11$ fallait que mon père réclame & la rappelle que c'est 13$ donc sa pris un ti peut de temps avant que ont parte.
Je ne récomende pas cette place.
I went today with my family , so before that we bought a slice of pizza at pizza pizza for my kid , & after we headed there to eat togheter , so we take a table & i went to order & pay , my order was paid & i was getting served when my wife came with a very rude employee a blonde women wearing glasses , i don't know if she was the manager but she was acting like she was , se actually kicked us out of the place because my kid was eating a pizza from other resto , my wife tried to explain that we were going to consume & that i was paying my order she didn't care she rembourse me & asked us to leave , very bad experience , she was very rude , she is not apted to work there , i gonna send a formal complaint to the management

I placed an order on Friday & paid. I spelled out what I wanted written on it. I confirmed it with the person on the phone. Just a simple'Happy Birthday My Love' on a ribbon (as you guys normally do) for pickup the next morning at 9A. While on my way at 9:10A, I called just to double check & it hadn't arrived. No one called me to advise me nor could anyone give me an ETA for when it WOULD arrive. It was for a birthday…. Had a ton of errands to run all over town & a very full day ahead of me. Finally I got called hours later to say that my cake had arrived. I was at another appointment so, I went right after (between 1-2P). Only for the cake to still not be ready; as I waited over 20mins for the RUDEST employee ever to write said'Happy Birthday My Love' NOT ON A RIBBON AS I ASKED but, on a dirty whitr chocolate rectangle that she actually threw on the counter before storming out & to the back all because she couldn't nicely write what I had asked on it. Which, again, was supposed to be on a ribbon, not a chocolate rectangle.
I'll never go back. My office buys a PM mousse cake every month for meetings & I have surely shared this crazy experience with them. Not only were they hours late with no compensation nor apology. That one employee was the rudest I'd ever seen. PREMIÈRE MOISSON VERDUN (if not ALL of them), NEVER AGAIN.
&& The cake wasn't even centered on the cake board & when I asked that very disrespectful employee if she could please fix it.. she responded that if she moved it, she would destroy it. I literally went home & just used a BENCH SCRAPER & repositioned it on the cake board. Was easy to do but, I paid for an order… I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO!
Four employees & I waited for more than 10 minutes to order. Employees look unmotivated, rude, they talk on their phones & don't take orders. I don't know who owns this place, but he doesn't know how to do business. It should be easy for the owner to see if he would send a friend to have a feedback. Probably the owner is as lazy as the employees. Never going back there. It was the first & last time. They just lost a client for failing to do a proper business. I hope this business will go bankrupt, & other coffee shop or fast food will open to create a good business for clients, owner & employees.

It's not even fresh they keep it premade in the fridge & it tastes horrible I just wasted 7 dollars took a sip & threw it out…. Absolutely disgusting…
Très déçue de mon expérience. J'avais ajouté un assortiment de viennoiseries & un cappuccino à ma commande en ligne, mais au moment du paiement, on m'a indiqué que je devais également acheter de l'alcool pour pouvoir finaliser la commande. Je trouve cette exigence complètement illogique, surtout pour une commande de café & de viennoiseries.
Comme cliente, je devrais pouvoir commander les produits que je souhaite, sans être obligée d'ajouter un article dont je n'ai pas besoin. Je paie déjà les produits, les frais de service & la livraison. Cette politique est frustrante & nuit à l'expérience client.
