One of the first things I noticed was how spacious & comfortable the seating area is. There is plenty of room for customers, so it never feels crowded or rushed, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is warm, clean, & inviting, making it a perfect spot to meet friends, work quietly, or simply enjoy a peaceful break.
The selection of baked goods is impressive. They offer a wide variety of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, sandwiches, & desserts, all displayed beautifully. Everything looks fresh & carefully prepared. It was difficult to choose because there were so many delicious options available. The pastries I tried were fresh, flavorful, & perfectly baked.
The staff members were friendly, patient, & helpful while answering questions about their products. Service was quick, & the entire experience felt welcoming from start to finish. Don't forget to get the loyalty card MOI

J'ai acheté cette crème brûlée à la Première Moisson récemment & je dois dire que je suis déçu. Le prix a augmenté, mais la quantité de produit dans le moule a clairement diminué (voir photo). Le contenant semble à peine rempli, avec une couche très mince de crème sous le caramel.
En général les desserts paraissent moins généreux qu'avant, notamment en termes de quantité.
La qualité gustative reste correcte, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'y est plus. C'est dommage, car on s'attend à une certaine constance chez Première Moisson. J'espère qu'ils reverront soit le format, soit le prix.
J'ai commandé & réservé une bûche de Noël pour le réveillon. À l'ouverture de la boîte le soir même, ce n'était malheureusement pas la bûche que j'avais demandée. Une grande partie du dessert a dû être jetée, ce qui est particulièrement décevant, autant sur le plan financier qu'en raison du gaspillage alimentaire. J'ai payé près de 60 $ pour un gâteau que je n'avais pas choisi.
J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle dès le constat de l'erreur (facture, photos & courriel à l'appui). La réponse obtenue a été très décevante : on m'a indiqué qu'il était impossible de valider la situation & on m'a offert, à titre de compensation finale, un pain d'une valeur maximale de 9 $.
Au-delà du produit, c'est surtout le service à la clientèle qui m'a déçue. Après de nombreuses années de fidélité à cette pâtisserie, je m'attendais à une approche plus respectueuse & proportionnelle à la situation vécue.
J'ai attribué une étoile, car il n'est malheureusement pas possible d'en mettre zéro.

J'ai été vraiment très déçu qu'il y aille aucune option végétarienne , en 2025 je trouve que ça devrais être partie cette option ..
C'est quand même vraiment décevant , en allant souper la bas j'étais certaine d'y trouver plusieurs choix vege mais aucun ..
Par contre , les desserts sont vraiment délicieux !
I generally enjoy PM but this location leaves much to be desired. Inattentive service & lazy staff busy chatting vs helping a long line of customers. There is no language barrier as I speak French & English but was treated in a not so delightful manner. I understand that these are/can be monotonous jobs for people but simply packaging desserts & sandwiches isn't really all that complicated. Was met with some attitude & general lack of care to my order & some of my questions were simply Ignored. Chicken sandwiches were ok, Mediterranean veg sandwich was awful- do not recommend. Desserts were the saving grace. Not sure what has happened to this establishment but the quality has gone down over the last 10yrs that I have visited. Wouldn't return. :(
Hier je passe commander 6 croissants , 5 pâtisseries dont deux éclairs aux chocolats , on apportait le dessert chez des amis. Quand on ouvre la boîte les éclairs ont le diamètre de mon index environ & j'ai des doigts très normaux, par contre le prix n'a pas fondu . Qu'elle déception & exemple flagrant & irrespectueux de réduflation. Pour une pâtisserie qui se dit fièrement québécoise, je m'attendrais à mieux . Les milles feuilles ne semblaient pas avoir subi le même sort. Prochaine fois j'irai au Toledo à quelques minutes à pied , au moins là bas les éclairs sont de tailles respectueuses du client. & de plus engagez des employés . File interminable , les pauvres filles (2) qui étaient là .
Belle expérience, bon personnel courtois & à l'écoute de tes besoins. Une bonne variété dans les présentoirs ainsi que sur les tablettes. La nourriture y est excellente en passant par les croissants les sandwichs ainsi que les desserts. 👌👌👌
