La boulangerie est située juste en face du métro, & mon croissant chocolat-noisettes était délicieux. Le personnel a été bien correct & j'ai bien été servie.
L'endroit était propre & accueillant. Il y avait beaucoup de choix, & les pâtisseries avaient l'air meilleures les unes que les autres.
Par contre, les prix sont chers! & c'est arrivé plusieurs fois que ma pâtisserie soit sèche, même quand je viens la chercher tôt le matin. & plusieurs produits sont souvent en rupture de stock.
So happy they opened a Première Moisson in Verdun! I've been a fan of their bread & pastries for years, & finally having one close by is dangerous in the best way 😅 I tried their new pastry called Oh La La it's basically a croissant dipped in chocolate with chocolate inside… & wow. It lives up to the name! A must-try. It was around $6 which seems a little high as I'm used to Europe prices.
They also have a really nice selection of prepared & frozen items like quiches & baked goods, so it's perfect for grabbing treats to bring home. I don't think it's cheap tho.
Service was fast-ish considering it was a busy Saturday. Ambiance is lively & it's a cute spot to pop in & out of.
Only thing a little confusing: they have the black ropes so everyone naturally lines up, but then a staff member came over & told us we should be selecting what we want first & then going to the cash 🤷?♀? Since everyone was already lined up, they let it slide'just for today,' lol. I think it's just because it was packed, but maybe a little signage would help.
Overall, a great addition to the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back especially for that Oh La La pastry! 🥐🍫
This is the best Premier Moisson I have visited. The store is big & bright with a high ceiling & plenty of room to sit & enjoy a coffee & pastry or a sandwich or a salad. The staff are kind & attentive & they have fresh bread, pastries, cakes, & food all the time. Never disappoints. & the croissants aux amandes are the best I have ever had in Montreal.
Cette boulangerie est idéalement située près de la station de métro De L'Église, dans le quartier Verdun, donc très facile à trouver. Le menu est assez varié & parfait pour le petit-déjeuner. Un combo avec un croissant & un café coûte seulement 5 $. Les salades sont également très fraîches & savoureuses. Le personnel est poli & accueillant. Globalement, j'ai été très satisfait de venir ici pour le petit-déjeuner.
I'd like to give a special mention to Jordan & Nadia for their warm friendly smiles & the rest of the team for their wonderful service! Also the manager who works hard to keep products fresh & fully stocked!
The atmosphere feels almost like a getaway vacation from home & the baked goods are always fresh & delicious! I recommend the Cheddar Croissant or the Oh La La. if you visit frequently, their loyalty system isn't bad (if you remember to bring your punch card!)
Hier je passe commander 6 croissants , 5 pâtisseries dont deux éclairs aux chocolats , on apportait le dessert chez des amis. Quand on ouvre la boîte les éclairs ont le diamètre de mon index environ & j'ai des doigts très normaux, par contre le prix n'a pas fondu . Qu'elle déception & exemple flagrant & irrespectueux de réduflation. Pour une pâtisserie qui se dit fièrement québécoise, je m'attendrais à mieux . Les milles feuilles ne semblaient pas avoir subi le même sort. Prochaine fois j'irai au Toledo à quelques minutes à pied , au moins là bas les éclairs sont de tailles respectueuses du client. & de plus engagez des employés . File interminable , les pauvres filles (2) qui étaient là .

Such a big selection of fresh foods, bread & pastries, with a generous seating section where one can enjoy their delicacies. Coffee counter also offers many great choices. We came 2 consecutive days for breakfast & also left with a couple of olive & fruit & nut loaves. The almond chocolate croissant was to die for. We will come back here anytime we're in the neighborhood.
Belle expérience, bon personnel courtois & à l'écoute de tes besoins. Une bonne variété dans les présentoirs ainsi que sur les tablettes. La nourriture y est excellente en passant par les croissants les sandwichs ainsi que les desserts. 👌👌👌
Boîte de Croissants 6 pour 7$ tout secs & qui n'avait clairement pas été cuits ce matin. J'aurais dû marcher jusqu'au Toledo je n'aurais pas été déçue.
