Poulet Rouge is a great option for a daily, high-protein & low-fat meal (especially if you skip the mayonnaise). The food is really tasty & the quality is good. I do think the prices could be a little lower, since many of the customers are students. Maybe they could offer something for loyal customers, like a rewards or points system, to help make it more affordable. Overall, great food & good quality.

Very busy on a Saturday, but workers kept the line moving smoothly & quickly. Tasty food with lots of topping options & big portions. Very good value for something fast & relatively healthy.

Les bols sont bien garnis, les ingrédients sont frais, & il y a plein d'options pour personnaliser selon ses goûts. C'est une option simple mais efficace pour bien manger, que ce soit pour un dîner rapide ou un repas à emporter. L'endroit est propre, & tout est bien organisé. Je recommande sans hésite

L'expérience a été exceptionnelle & le repas très savoureux. Nous avons opté pour trois'red bowls', & l'association du poulet avec le riz & les accompagnements s'est avérée parfaitement réussie. Je recommande vivement cette option.
