Potentially high microplastic seeping into the food. I love the food but I don't appreciate using plastic container especially on a hot food. It's well established through numerous credible studies that it releases microplastic into the food.
C'était absolument délicieux, très très bonne surprise on ne connaissais pas. C'est super copieux & tout était bon ! Mais c'est assez bruyant & il y a beaucoup de monde donc je vois recommande de prendre à emporter !
Vraiment c'était très bon j'insiste il faut goûter !!

I like the food but the staff are so disappointing. They don't care about their customers & are least bothered.i wold never go to this restaurant again because of the staff.
Poulet Rouge is honestly a great go-to for a quick, healthy meal. If you're looking for something high-protein & relatively low-fat, this place does the job really well. The food is fresh, tasty, & the quality is consistently good.
It's fairly clean & spacious, so it's actually easy to find a place to sit, even during busy hours. Even when there's a long line, it moves pretty quickly, which is great.

Très bonne expérience pour une première au Poulet rouge, certifié halal & avec choix des épices, accompagnement & crudité pour un budget d un peu plus de 20$ par personne boisson comprise.
Je voulais vraiment prendre un moment pour donner mon avis sur le Poulet Rouge de McGill, juste à la sortie du Eaton Centre. Depuis que je fréquente l'endroit, j'y vais à toute occasion, parce que j'adore tout simplement Poulet Rouge. Franchement, c'est selon moi l'une des meilleures franchises de Montréal, & cette succursale fait clairement partie du top 2 que j'ai pu visiter dans toute la ville, avec celle de Décarie.
J'aime beaucoup l'emplacement, l'ambiance du deuxième étage & le fait d'y aller avec mes camarades pour manger tranquillement. Le service à la clientèle est aussi excellent : les employés sont sympathiques, souriants & très professionnels. Comme je suis devenu un habitué, ils connaissent même ma portion maintenant, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Même lorsqu'il y a une erreur, ils trouvent toujours une solution pour nous satisfaire, ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans toutes les succursales. Ici, on sent vraiment un vrai souci du client, un vrai mindset de satisfaction. La nourriture est bonne, il y a le rabais étudiant, & c'est un endroit parfait autant pour les étudiants que pour ceux qui sortent de la gym ou du travail.
Honnêtement, si vous hésitez entre plusieurs succursales, allez à celle de McGill sans réfléchir.
The employee gave me 1 less vegetable option due to tzatziki sauce, I've been to various locations & I never heard this, she was also rude when I asked why. So I won't go back there.

This is one of my favorite locations✅. The prices are reasonable✅, the portion sizes are generous, ✅& the overall quality is excellent. ✅The food is always fresh✅, & the staff appear clean ✅& professional.✅
❌The only suggestion I would make is regarding hygiene practices. I would prefer if all staff consistently wore gloves🙃. I have noticed that some do not, & occasionally their hands come into contact with food containers. 🥺While I understand that handwashing is practiced, it would be more reassuring to see gloves used consistently or hands sanitized in front of customers before handling food.🙂❌
Overall, I really enjoy this branch. 🐣It is faster than others, well maintained, & the staff are friendly & efficient.😉
