je trouve que ca merite vraiment le prix , la nourriture est saine , & le staff tres souriant , ca se voit qu'il a une bonne ambiance entre eux & da se reflete sur l'ambiance du restaurant .

Hier je suis passée à 22h, le service était plus que parfait ,étant donné que c'était ma première fois la personne à la caisse à bien pris le temps de m'expliquer le menu, & la nourriture & excellente !! Un grand Merci pour l'équipe qui travaille fort .

There was a fly in my chicken bowl. I threw it on the floor out of disgust but it came from the bowl. Don't come here unless you want flies in your food, I really hope the management prevents stuff like this in the future.

Stopped here for what looked like clean easy protein. Got the mini. With avocado ended up being $16+. The bowl is mostly rice, about $2 of chicken, some toppings. Chicken is ore cooked & slightly warmed up on a grill for show. Entire thing barely warm, cheese not melted. Would never come back here vs a schwarma or something else great from MTL. I'd say value was around $8.

Very bad service & the employees were so rude almost got into a fight with one just because he got the order wrong & a lot of attitude this is not okay I'm very disappointed & not coming back here again.

I've been coming to the McGill Poulet Rouge exclusively for the past month & a half, even though there's another location much closer to my workplace. The reason is simple: the service here is on a completely different level.

I've eaten at several Poulet Rouge locations, & this one is by far the best. Even during the busiest rush hours, the staff always keeps a smile on their faces, stays professional, & treats every customer with kindness & respect. That's something you don't see very often.

You can also tell that the owner truly cares about both the employees & the customers. He's incredibly kind, patient, & supportive of his team, & that positive leadership is reflected in the atmosphere. Most importantly, he never lets a customer leave upset-he always makes sure people leave satisfied.

One thing I really admire is how well the team works together. Their teamwork is amazing, everyone knows their role, & everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Even when you can tell they're tired after a long rush, they never stop giving their best & continue serving customers with a great attitude.

This team truly deserves recognition. Their customer service is second to none, & it's the reason I gladly go out of my way to come to this location instead of the one near my work. Keep up the amazing work-you've earned a loyal customer!

It was my first time eating at this place, & I really enjoyed it. The option to customize your own toppings makes a big difference since you can tailor everything to your taste. We chose the BBQ chicken, & the portion was very generous. Highly satisfying!
