I had a great experience at Poulet Rouge! The food was fresh, flavorful, & served quickly. The chicken was perfectly grilled & well-seasoned, & I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many healthy options. Everything tasted fresh & high quality.
The staff was friendly & welcoming, even during busy hours. The place was clean & well organized, which made the experience even better.
Definitely one of the best fast food spots for a quick, healthy, & satisfying meal. I'll definitely be coming back!
A big shout out to the staff working Feb 27/2026. YUL airport!
We are aircrew who were so hungry & when we passed by after our flight on our way to hotel shuttle at 5 mins to closing & asked if they were still open they said yes! Till 11pm! only 5 mins to serve 3 of us but they didn't care! They were so happy to serve us!
They quickly worked as a great team getting all 3 meal prepared & done without any fuss! Big smiles on their faces & laughing with us!
I know many restaurants could & would turn you away when they are closing up… But they were more than happy to serve this air crew!
Love a heathy option also in the YUL airport. I had the salad & plain chicken ( no sauce) with lots of tomato & cucumbers! Very healthy portion.
Please pass on our gratitude to this outstanding staff that night!
I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's in the airport but the kiosk itself is very nice! No way to improve on that!
Oh & they give your take away in a bag with a handle so easy to carry!

I LOVE this Poulet Rouge. The staff is very welcoming & efficient. My food never takes too long & it comes out amazing. The chicken is always perfectly cooked & I love the avocado. I would 100% recommend!
Amazing experience with them. We had a huge order of 1000 meals & they delivered right on time, everything was hot & they even came back later for additional meals we asked for in rush order.
They also helped unload everything, & labelled all of the meals with the names of the people with allergies.
They made the process seamless & the chicken was delicious.
Excellent value for price & I loved my salad quinoa chicken salad - super healthy for 15$ more or less
It's easy to find a Pam e to sit at the upper floor which is priceless in peak hours & even though the queue was long it's quite fast

I have eaten & many Poulet Rouge in the city , & this was my first time at this location. The pieces of chicken I was given were sooo small I thought it was a joke. To pay 16 dollars for some rice & a few chopped veggies is ridiculous. Your name is Poulet Rouge !!! You violated with that amount of chicken. Never again to this location! Super dissapointed.
Delicious rice bowl with flavorful chicken & plenty of fresh toppings. The staff were also very welcoming. Only a slight improvement needed on the fries (they could be crispier), but overall, a great meal. Highly recommend!'
