I usually get their bowls & they're great. However this is the second time recently I get a bowl with bits of undercooked rice. & the chicken cutlets been getting smaller lately 🤔

Petit snack de fin de soirée. 23 hrs. Restos désert & malgré tout j'ai eue un super service. Ultra rapide. J'ai mangé cela dans mon lit à L'hôtel après m'être fait pogner solidement par la pluie. Mon sac en papier a tout déteint rouge sur ma sacoche beige. Faites gaffes au sac trempé. Il a fendu. J'ai passé proche tout échapper par terre avant de me rendre à destination.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de Poulet Rouge du 1623, rue Sainte-Catherine. J'apprécie vraiment votre attention & vos efforts. J'ai commandé un bol Poulet Rouge. Même s'il n'y avait pas l'option « à base de frites » (seulement à base de riz…), j'ai laissé un commentaire en demandant s'il était possible de remplacer le riz par des frites. Vous avez pris le temps de lire ma demande & de la respecter, ce qui m'a fait très plaisir.

C'est rare de voir un restaurant qui porte autant d'attention aux commentaires de ses clients. Souvent, dans d'autres restaurants ou fast-foods, les commentaires sont ignorés.

Merci encore à toute l'équipe de Poulet Rouge pour votre excellent service, votre écoute & votre souci de satisfaire vos clients. Ce sont des petites attentions comme celle-ci qui donnent envie de revenir. Je recommande sans hésiter !
