Used to love this spot & am a regular there however, I have noticed that overtime they have become more stingy with the amount of toppings that they put & the sauce. Sometimes the chicken is hard to bite & stale too. One of the workers that's behind the toppings counter is so stingy, never smiles & is not friendly. I will continue going there as it is a convenient spot for me but will be reconsidering leaving tips.
I placed an order through Uber Eats. They don't provide the extra sauces i purchased separately & the chicken was lowkey dry as hell. Usually it's not like this.
This place SUCKS. Gave me 10 tablespoons worth of crap spicy mayo sauce. I thought this was supposed to be Mediterranean not asian fusion get a grip. The service members were so rude & threw my bag at me. Also my friend was deaf & nobody knew ASL. Finally, that grill looked so nasty like it's never been cleaned ever. Ig the atmosphere was chill. Poulet rouge more like poulet ew.
One of my faite places for late night eats. You can make it healthy or you can make it fast food. There are multiple options. I like to choose the healthy option with lots of chicken & less sauces right after my workout so it is pretty versatile.
Workers are incredibly rude. Both the blonde girl with glasses who was putting the sauce & the other brown girl who was putting the toppings were very snappy & inappropriate, & rude with clients. We had a terrible experience & are not coming back.
I can see now why this place is so popular. On my first visit the staff was really nice, showing me the options & asking me if I wanted any of the add ons. You chose how much chicken you want, 3 or 4 slices, & which sauce to use. They have a nice selection, the spicy version which I took was not very spicy, which was what the server had told me. But then you also get two bases (rice, bulgur wheat, quinoa or lettuce) & also you get 6 very fresh topping & a sauce. The food was very good, the chicken tasted great & all the toppings were fresh, even the side of tzatziki was good. Definitely a good choice for some fast food. It is unfortunate that even if you eat there, you are given a to-go bowl & a bag.
Ordered takeout, so can only comment on the food! Food - 5/5 - Chicken Bowl with 2 sauces - Rated this high for what it is & overall value... If you're looking for a healthy rice bowl, with flavour & some variety, this place is great. It's like the French version of Chipotle or Freshii... perfect when you're ordering in on a random night, don't want to spend money, but are looking for something healthy & tasty. I can't remember the sauces I ordered, but you get to pick what you want, so it's great!
i would not talk about people who are in the surrounding area of the store because when you'll go at night ( mostly between 10pm to 12am) you'll find homeless & addicted people but it's alright for me & for anybody who wants just to eat & go, i would like to talk about the staff who works there, i don't think they work there at anytime, but today's shift 23 October at 11pm, i was served by the best shift i've ever frequented in Montreal since my arrival, even though you see stress & the fatigue in their face, they were more than kind, cheerful & helpful & they put too much toppings, because i don't eat vegetables i asked only for cheese & crispy onion & tzatziki sauce, you would imagine how much they put to me & even asked me if i needed more, always in other poulet rouge i take rouge bol with same thing & i eat it all because they put a less reasonable amount of toppings, but with those guys, i ate only 40% of it & i was full! i am keeping it for later,(keep in mind i didn't even tip but i wishes if i did) i kindly ask the manager of the store to give them all a raise! they were 3 girls & 3 boys
