Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience chez Poulet Rouge. La quantité de poulet servie était vraiment insuffisante. Les filets étaient minuscules, bien en dessous de ce à quoi on peut normalement s'attendre pour le prix payé.

Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la situation s'est aggravée. Le garçon au grill a adopté une attitude peu professionnelle & irrespectueuse. Il aurait même répondu avec le mot « zebi », ce qui est totalement inacceptable dans un contexte de service à la clientèle.

Je trouve sa inacceptable & déplorable d'adopter ce genre de comportement, surtout pour le prix que nous payons pour ces bols.

Great service from Thaha, this gentleman served me right before closing time & was very patient & polite & charming. Exceptional service from Thaha makes we want to come back & recommend to everyone, I wish all of the staff was like Thaha.
What I did not like was when I arrived the person at the cash took 5 minutes to serve me when there was no customers in the store & was just making himself his own food to take home. That was very irritating
Overall, this place is great & Thaha is phenomenal
