The service is good & the wait time was short. However, the food was tasteless. I have tried different Poulet Rouge restaurants & I was surprised about how much the taste was different. Even the vegetables & sauces tasted like water. Also, the portion of rice was smaller than other places. Compared to the Poulet Rouge on Cote des Neiges (which is great), this was not worth it. Will not come back to this Poulet Rouge location. There are multiple other Poulet Rouge in Montreal that are much better.

Au-delà du retard de la commande, c'est surtout l'attitude de Ray qui est inacceptable. En tant que représentant de l'établissement, il a choisi de répondre avec mépris & de manquer ouvertement de respect à un client qui cherchait simplement à comprendre ce qui se passait. Ce genre de comportement est indigne d'un service à la clientèle & ne devrait jamais être toléré. On peut commettre une erreur ou avoir un problème opérationnel, mais rien ne justifie de traiter un client avec autant d'arrogance & d'irrespect.

Quelle que soit la situation, rien ne justifie de s'adresser à un client en manquant du respect.Lorsqu'un client appelle pour obtenir des explications sur sa commande, il est en droit de s'attendre à être traité avec respect, courtoisie & professionnalisme.un certain «RAY» ne sait pas se comporter jour exacte 14/juillet à minuit

Lorsque j'ai appelé pour obtenir des explications concernant ma commande, il m'a répondu de manière irrespectueuse & agressive
