Poulet rouge's quality food & friendly staff are the best. I had a bowl today thanks to them sponsoring The John Molson undergraduate case competition. Had my team from Toronto try it for the first time & they loved it. Definitely a great option if you're in Montreal & want something quick & affordable but also delicious & healthy.
I had a great experience at Poulet Rouge! The food was fresh, flavorful, & served quickly. The chicken was perfectly grilled & well-seasoned, & I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many healthy options. Everything tasted fresh & high quality.
The staff was friendly & welcoming, even during busy hours. The place was clean & well organized, which made the experience even better.

I was volunteering at vision dance convention 2026 in montreal & the organizers provided us with the most delicious poulet-rouge bowls. I always have the best experience with them, they never disappoint!!
Volaco Spicy the best bowl I've had since my first day in Canada in 2023. Same amazing taste every time, excellent staff, & consistently great quality. Poulet Rouge truly stands out & is the best among all the stores. Highly recommended!

Horrible service. The cashier was super rude completely in a rush even tho there was three people in the store. They didn't ask us if we wanted guac (apparently it was extra) when we went to put our bowl together we asked for guac. She put it & then she realized we didn't pay for it. SHE TRASHED THE FOOD & MADE A NEW ONE BECAUSE WE HADNT PAYED FOR THE GUAC. Without asking if we wanted to pay for it!! We payed for it & we got it. She never apologized & she TRASHED two perfectly good bowls. This is such a WASTE of food & such such horrible service. Seriously disappointed.

Excellent customer service, all staff were welcoming & smiling (early afternoon shift)☺️ They have plenty of dining spaces (2 levels) 👍🏼 got the poutine bowl with 2 flavours chicken & it was delicious 😋 they are as good as the the one in Mississauga/sq one mall 👌🏼

Been here a handful of times now. Ingredients are excellent. The ordering process is quick & delicious. The bowl is huge, it takes me 2 sittings to finish it.
