A big shout out to the staff working Feb 27/2026. YUL airport!

We are aircrew who were so hungry & when we passed by after our flight on our way to hotel shuttle at 5 mins to closing & asked if they were still open they said yes! Till 11pm! only 5 mins to serve 3 of us but they didn't care! They were so happy to serve us!

They quickly worked as a great team getting all 3 meal prepared & done without any fuss! Big smiles on their faces & laughing with us!

I know many restaurants could & would turn you away when they are closing up… But they were more than happy to serve this air crew!

Love a heathy option also in the YUL airport. I had the salad & plain chicken ( no sauce) with lots of tomato & cucumbers! Very healthy portion.

Please pass on our gratitude to this outstanding staff that night!

I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's in the airport but the kiosk itself is very nice! No way to improve on that!

Oh & they give your take away in a bag with a handle so easy to carry!

It was absolutely delicious!!

Always an amazing meal & not too expensive. Truly 5 star fast food, the meat is always delicious & the sauce & toppings are abundant & delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Tasty flavors. Volcano spicy isn't very spicy but coupled with the spicy mayo is quite a punch. Cilantro lime sauce is strong. Good place to grab a decent bite. Has stairs to additional seating area. Not very accessible on the ground floor with bar seating. We left our stroller downstairs & carried the children up. Clean bathroom. We'd recommend.

This is the BEST spot to get Poulet Rouge! The manager is so sweet & always ensures the best service ever. When I went there for the first time, I asked for extra sauce. Usually, at other Poulet Rouge locations, they make me pay extra, but here, when I offered to pay, the manager said, "Don't worry about it!" Not only did he not charge me for the extra sauce, but he & his team also provided excellent customer service! Ever since I visited this location, I always buy Poulet Rouge from here! Whether I go in person or use Uber Eats, I always order from this spot!
