Dans notre poissonnerie nous vous garantissons fraicheur et qualité supérieure de notre vaste inventaire de poissons et fruits de mer qui sera vous surprendre!
Quant à notre restaurant, il vous offrira une expérience culinaire hors du commun dans un décor « au bord de la mer ». Notre grande terrasse vous permettra de profiter de l’effervescence unique de la ville de Saint-Sauveur, ainsi que de la fraicheur du Nord.
Poissonnerie Bistro Olynicks offre des fruits de mer frais et généreux dans une ambiance chaleureuse et élégante, avec un service irréprochable et attentif. Les plateaux de fruits de mer et les huîtres révèlent une fraîcheur et un goût marins exceptionnels, complétés par des desserts et un café remarquables. L’atmosphère intime et conviviale, le décor soigné et la qualité des plats justifient des tarifs un peu élevés et en font une adresse à privilégier pour les amateurs de fruits de mer et les occasions spéciales.
Amazing meal & one of the best seafood spots I've been to in years. The inventive aspect of some of their dishes (beef tartare with lobster), amazing seafood platter & thoughtful variety, showcases their attention to detail. The seafood they source is clearly of the highest quality & their wine list was equally impeccable.
We can't wait to go back !
This place is amazing & by far the BEST food I have ever eaten. I will only eat fish & seafood here because these guys know how to prepare it. Food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing…100 stars if I could.
This place is amazing . Celebrated several birthdays here . The seafood is to die for & since my speciality is coffee being Colombian . The cafecitos are a trip to heaven . Morgan is great !!!
There were six of us & we all had a terrific time dining at this stellar seafood restaurant. Our waiters were attentive to all our needs & patiently answered every question. We lucked out & arrived during happy hour, so our oysters were only $1 a piece. The wine selection was great! Definitely recommend.
Fresh seafood restaurant in Saint Sauveur. $1 oysters on Sunday. Nice wine list with reasonable prices. Great value for the quality of food. Excellent service. Nice atmosphere. Worth a visit if you are in Saint Sauveur.
Quaint restaurant in a small but busy area of Montreal- we dined here expecting a dinner but we had an experience. To food. The food! We were a group of 5 & shared the menu highlights. Oysters were fresh & tasted of the ocean- perfect. Crispy frites & flaky, moist cod fish was fantastic. Octopus that was so perfectly cooked, I was impressed as this is a tough dish to perfect. We also shared the seafood platter which was a stand out, the true Caesar salad, & crispy calamari. A beautiful lemon dessert rounded out the night. I wouldn't recommend passing this place up.

Nice ambiance with a lovely terrace. Friendly service without feeling rushed. Beautiful & tasty food with a descent wine menu. Great place for fresh seafood with platters for sharing. Expect to pay around 100$/pers including a couple of bottles of wine & appetizers.
The food was bar none best seafood I've had near Montreal , on par with Pincette!! Take the dollar oysters, you will not regret it! The staff was super friendly, service was great. The prices are high but very worth it. 10/10 would go again
Went with a few friends & we all ordered separate appetizers, main course & dessert & shared all of them. Every course was amazing & for a reasonable price when it comes to this type of restaurant. Have to say that the octopus was cooked to perfection - can be such an easy miss, so easy to overcook, but in this case it was cooked to perfection. Rarely have red with seafood but pairing was simply perfect. Bottom line, great food & service. Simply worth the detour.
Everything was soooooo amazing! The food, the ambiance, the dessert OMG! & the staff is so friendly & nice! We will be back! Everything was so good! We had the seafood platter, sashimis, dorade & ombre chevalier. All amazing! & the French fries!!!🤩

Such an amazing experience at Olynicks. From the food to service, everything was top notch. I am from Vancouver & surprise the seafood platter we got here is actually better than the West coast. Highly recommend the grilled Octopus, it was done to perfection & the pepper puree matched flawlessly. Definitely will come back & try out other dishes.
upon entering the Bistro/fish market, it was the beginning of our great experience! seeing the wide variety of seafood on display ensured us of great choices.our waitress greeted up cordially & showed us to our table, explained the menu choices. service was prompt given the preparation time needed to make these delicate choices. Mathew, the owner-chef knows the art of cooking & preparing sea food! great tasting, & well presented dishes. our anniversary supper out was a true success!!! we recommend Les Olynick's & rate them 5 STAR!!!
