Deuxième visite à ce restaurant,
La première était mieux!


Nous avons attendu a la table 30 minutes pour l'ouverture de notre bouteille de vin , la gentille serveuse nous a mentionné qu'il y avait 4 dépars en même temps, on peut comprendre ça ! Il devrait y avoir une personne attitrée à ouvrir les bouteilles pendant qu'on attend! Pratique les dévissable mais c'est pas ce que nous avions !

La musique était trop énergique c'était quasi stressant de plus nous sommes allés à 7.15 h la gentille serveuse nous a mentionné que plus la soirée avançait plus la musique était plus tranquille, finalement a notre depars elle était ok mais trop tard!
Si je retourne je demanderai une table au 2 eme c'est moins intense!

Très heureuses de notre souper chez Pizzicato; bien contentes d'être arrivées tôt, car quand la salle est pleine il est très difficile de se parler à cause du niveau sonore.

Bien que nous ayons passé un super moment dans une place de choix à l'étage & avec un serveur vraiment sympathique, nous avons été cavalièrement invités à quitter après l'heure de la fermeture des portes (30 minutes alors que plusieurs personnes étaient encore attablées). "Je vous donne 15 minutes, j'ai hâte que ma journée finisse". Pour l'approche respectueuse & le service à la clientèle courtois, on repassera. Pour avoir travaillé en restaurant plusieurs années, jamais je n'aurais agit d'une telle manière. Il est possible de signifier la fermeture d'un établissement tout en ayant une approche respectueuse du client. Ça gâche une fin de soirée. À voir si nous y retournerons...
