Many diners praise the broth for its richness and complexity, noting that the homemade condiments and sauces elevate the meal to a level rarely found elsewhere. While some guests have noted occasional delays during peak hours or specific preferences regarding traditional ingredients, the overwhelming majority of reviews highlight the exceptional quality of the food, the generous portions, and the genuine, passionate service provided by the owners and staff. This cozy establishment has clearly earned a reputation as a must-visit destination for those seeking a true taste of Vietnam, with many patrons expressing their intent to return for the superb pho, grilled specialties, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I love pho. If I was stuck on a dessert island & could only bring three meals, authentic pho (with tripe & rare beef) would be one of them. Here, the staff were friendly & kind, seating us even though it was close to their afternoon closing time, as well as very knowledgeable about allergies, specifically what was safe to eat for someone with Celiac disease (the menu is very detailed about this too). & this was the best - the best! - pho I have had in a very, very long time! My partner & I both had the B3, the special pho with rare beef, tendon, pork belly & tripe & it was amazing!! Their broth is cooked for three days & is so fragrant & flavourful, & the meat was tender & delicious. I love savory Northern-style pho & this made all my dreams come true! All their pickles & sauces are made in house & nothing was put on the table that wasn't safe for us to eat. Although not a 100% gluten-free restaurant, I had no qualms about eating here & will make sure to come back (at least twice) every time I visit Montreal.

We visited this restaurant with my mom & my aunt, & it was one of the best Vietnamese food experiences we've had in Montreal

We ordered the **Special Nam Dinh Pho**, & it was absolutely delicious. The broth tasted just like authentic Northern Vietnamese pho-rich, comforting, & incredibly flavorful without the overpowering five-spice aroma that is so common in many pho restaurants overseas. It truly reminded us of home.

My aunt, who has lived in Canada for many years, said this was the first time she had eaten a bowl of pho that tasted this authentic. That says a lot.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, & has the warm feeling of a family-run place where you can relax & enjoy a great meal.

If we ever visit Montreal again, this restaurant will definitely be one of our first stops. I'll also be recommending it to all of my friends. Thank you for bringing such authentic Northern Vietnamese flavors to Canada!

You can taste the care put into the food. I had noodles in a housemade veggie broth…not your typical'obligatory' vegetarian dish. Great to see a restaurant that's really about the food.

To my surprise, this was the best Vietnamese meal of my entire Canada trip, from Vancouver to Toronto & finally Montreal. The'M1' dish, with its rich, thick stew-like broth, is an absolute must, along with their Vietnamese iced coffee. it's as authentic as it gets. The portions are incredibly generous, so come hungry! I'm already looking forward to coming back to try their grilled pork with broken rice. Highly recommended!

I was craving pho while in Montreal & saw this restaurant had really good reviews so decided to give it a try. The pho was very tasty & filling, I was expecting more flavour in the broth but I was satisfied with my choice!

Great service, best pho broth I've had in a long time. My new favorite spot. Don't add anything to your broth, it's art.

We had excellent crispy wings (a little sweet, delicious), bun cha (incredible, smoky meat & sweet broth with crisp vegetables), & the famous four colour steamed broken rice. I would've normally included a picture of all this but we were hungry, it was delicious & forgot to take pictures. Will definitely be back for delicious food & kind, friendly service. Very highly recommended, thank you!
