A little disappointed by the food for the price. My burger was dripping in oil & the poutine sauce wasn't really good (too peppery). One thing that i sure did not appreciate is that the menu (at least on the self-service machine) was completely in english, not one word in french. Staff does not speak french neither, which is unacceptable.
burgers used to be good when they first opened, until they started charging for lettuce & tomato lol. PLUS i found out that the fries are from COSTCO. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! definitely not worth the continuous price increases since they opened up

Hands down, best burger I've had while in Montréal (yet 😜). The freshness of the buns, patty & veggies on the burger made it so wholesome & delightful.
I had a slight misunderstanding with my online order that was efficiently & promptly resolved, which I appreciate the team for that.
Definitely a place I'd order again from!

SO GOOD & SUCH A COOL PLACE 😭😭 my friend & i were speechless because of how good the burgers are, deffo my fave burger place now !!! good & fast service !
I found the smash burgers & fries excellent although certainly wouldn't qualify as cheap in terms of price but the quality of what you are getting is on par.
Total for burger & a fountain drink was $22, plus fries would have been well over $26 probably
That said the burger was excellent, well seasoned, juicy & delicious. I put them in a different class, not fast food but way better than any'comparable' fast food chains in terms of taste (A&W, Mcdo, Harveys etc).
The fries were also a pleasant surprise. Well seasoned & flavorful & much smaller than fast food fries, more akin to sizing you'd get with steak frites.
Overall would definitely repeat

Fries, frozen but tasty (the way good McDonald's fries used to be).
The fries with the extra was not very tasty, but I could see how some might like that sort of thing.
4 instead of 5 stars because of Coke products vs something locally made. Some dessert options would have been lovely. Maybe butter tarts? Or milkshakes.
The best part was Zoe, who made me & my newly arrived French cousin feel so at home with her perfect bilingualism.
Waited nearly 30 minutes for a take-out burger while they stuffy was laughing & joking around. The food is marginally better than McDonalds. Not worth your time
Lots of great options, refillable drinks, & delicious patties. I like the buns, & the burger size is reasonable (not too big), but it feels a bit oily to me.
They're open until midnight.
The burger are so good. Service is good. The only thing is the frys are Cavendish restaurants style. I mean come on guys. So beautiful burgers that are so tastefull but frozen cheap frys.
L'emplacement du restaurant & l'ambiance sont très bonnes, le service laisse un peu à désirer car il faut donner son nom à la borne lors de la commande & ensuite attendre dans le dans le temps qu'un serveur crie ton nom à travers la pièce, c'est donc difficile d'entendre quand on se fait appeler. Il serait préférable d'avoir un écran avec le nom qui apparaît & une petite sonnette ou un son particulier pour nous alerter qu'une commande est prête. Sinon tout simplement passer à un système avec des numéros comme d'autres restaurants type fast food. Je n'ai testé afin seul burger pour l'instant & il était très bon donc j'y retournerai, la viande smashé & bien cuite, les pains briochés sont excellent. La poutine pourrait être meilleur avec des frites plus épaisses. 7.5/10
Not worth the hype at all in my opinion!
I took the mushroom burger & it barely had any mushroom, too much sauce, dry bun & had a couple hard to chew little pieces in the meat..
