Franchement, je suis vraiment déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. Dès le départ, le service a été extrêmement long. J'ai dû attendre une quantité de temps vraiment excessive avant de recevoir ma commande, ce qui est déjà assez frustrant, surtout lorsqu'on s'attend à avoir un service raisonnablement rapide.
En plus de l'attente, il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande. À cause de cette erreur, j'ai dû repayer pour régler la situation, alors que le problème ne venait aucunement de moi. On m'a indiqué que je serais remboursé, mais jusqu'à maintenant, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement. Je trouve ça particulièrement décevant & ça donne vraiment l'impression que le service à la clientèle n'est pas pris au sérieux.
Malheureusement, la nourriture n'a pas vraiment compensé le reste. Les portions étaient assez petites compte tenu du prix, & j'ai trouvé que c'était beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui était offert. La qualité & le goût n'étaient pas particulièrement impressionnants non plus. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais honnêtement à quelque chose de beaucoup plus satisfaisant.
Au final, entre l'attente interminable, l'erreur dans la commande, le fait d'avoir dû repayer, l'absence de remboursement jusqu'à présent, les petites portions & les prix élevés, je ressors de cette expérience très insatisfait. Je comprends que des erreurs peuvent arriver dans un restaurant, mais c'est surtout la façon dont la situation a été gérée qui m'a déçu. Pour ma part, je ne pense pas y retourner & je ne recommanderais pas nécessairement cet endroit, surtout au vu du rapport qualité-prix.
Très bons burgers dans l'ensemble. Le format est plutôt petit, donc si vous avez bon appétit, je recommande clairement de partir sur le triple steak.
La viande est cuite directement au grill, ce qui lui apporte ce bon goût fumé & grillé caractéristique d'une cuisson à la flamme. Les frites sont bien assaisonnées, avec une présence assez marquée de poivre, & la portion est généreuse, facilement à partager.
Ce n'est pas une adresse bon marché ; je la définirais plutôt comme du fast-food « gourmet », autant par le concept que par les prix. J'ai beaucoup aimé le branding, l'emplacement & surtout la technologie utilisée pour la prise & la gestion des commandes.
Un point à améliorer serait le montage des burgers. Ils arrivent parfois un peu désordonnés dans l'assiette &, avec la quantité de sauce, les ingrédients ont tendance à glisser, ce qui rend le burger assez difficile à prendre en main & à manger proprement. Pour moi, dans un bon burger, le goût est essentiel, mais la structure & la façon dont il se tient font aussi partie de l'expérience.
Dans l'ensemble, une bonne adresse pour ceux qui aiment les burgers avec un vrai goût de grill.

Atmosphere cool, branding super cool. The fries are killer & the poutine is also super killer.
I used to frequent this spot a lot when it first opened in 2023. Unfortunately quality has changed somehow, & something about the burgers taste not as good as I remember. Including my usual picks which are mushroom truffle & crunch a delic. I don't come here as often because I find myself leaving a little disappointed. I used to put this place up at'high end fast food' but I'm not as ready to recommend it compared to gourmet burger places or classic fast food these days.
I'm not exactly sure what changed. The way they cook the meat maybe, it's not as'juicy' as it is'oily' & there is a slight char that seems artificial. The meat flavor is lacking, almost like it's overcooked. The bun is somehow too chewy & feels oily & unappealing, & I think the construction of the burger itself is often sloppy or lazy. Fundamentally, the flavours don't pop like how I remember, & they clash with each other now: especially with the sauteed onions in the crunchadelic. Something about the patty itself tastes different in a way I don't prefer.
I really want to like this place like how I remember liking it in 2023-2024 but I have a hard time wanting to come here now & it's almost never something I recommend. It's not bad at all, but I do think for the price (& if you're willing to go a little higher) you can get something else nearby that has a bit more'wow' to it.
Burger très petit & très mid , les frites sont industrielles, très gras . Prix excessif pour la quantité servie. Je recommande pas cet endroit si vous avez faim

Très décevant. Les hamburger ne goûtait pas grand chose. Le pain était très sec. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix de hamburger. Je ne recommande pas cette place si vous voulez manger un bon hamburger!!
