good experience. My friend & I enjoy our moments. Blue fin truely the topest around this city. But the shrimp nigiri just so so. Compare with the other omakase. This restaurant give us luxury time with only 1k. If omakase does I bet over 2k burh.
Sashimi wagyu with their special sauce amazing. Fresh grapefruit or orange sauce precisely mix the fat from wagyu beef.
Nigiri just so so perhaps the sashimi is too fabulous for me to keep going. Except the shrimp too dry. The others as expected at this level.

The manager was very rude ,we found the food lacking the flavours & for a high end restaurant I find that completely unacceptable.We had a baby & there was no food for him so his mom went to get food for him but they didn't let us feed him it.

Went for 25th wedding anniversary in the past. Reserved online ahead with a note about the anniversary. The host didn't congratulate us, just sat us at a table close to another one. It was not full, maybe 70% filled. Asked to be seated at the tiny 2 people booth if it is not reserved, was told its was not reserved but kept for'emergency'. Ok, we understand. We ordered a lot, took our time to enjoy our food. It was good but on the expensive side which was ok for me. The whole time, the booth was never occupied, & the restaurant was never filled anyways. They could have read the note & given us a better experience for our 25th wedding anniversary.

This is the best sushi I have ever had in my life. I recommend keeping it simple & just asking for nigiri & sashimi, food will blow your papillary senses.

Food was honnestly breathtaking. Everything was so fresh & delicious. The service was exceptional. Rey was our server, such a great lad, amazing service & really took care of us. The owner took his time to welcome us in his restaurant. The atmosphere was great too. I without a doubt highly recommend Hidden fish & will definitely come back.
