Loved this place. Great selection of Sushi, really good drinks ans fantastic service. They don't serve hot food is the only thing to keep in mind. All of the Sushi was great.

Breathtaking interiorr design as well as ambiance...Staff made us feel welcomed & appreciated & made sure to check on us at every interval...Simply amazing.
We stumbled on this restaurant during our journey in eastern Canada. One of the best sushi restaurants that we have been to including US restaurants! Very close to authentic Japan sushi with presentation & combinations of ingredients to enhance the beautiful fresh fish arrays!
Hidden Sushi Place is a great sushi spot & honestly one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal. I really loved the experience. The waiter took the time to explain the menu & was very attentive throughout the meal. The menu is unique & different from other places, so it's worth taking your time to explore because each item feels special. I would definitely come back again. It's also a great place for a date night in Montreal. You can expect around $200 for two people. My favorite was the salmon tartare maki, & the salmon noodles were also really good.

My partner & I had an amazing dinner last night . The quality of the sushi is outstanding & it shines through with every dish. Our top bite was the scallop topped with foie gras a must but leave for your last bite. Other musts are the Ora salmon sashimi & for sure the o-toro sashimi topped with caviar. Outstanding. The restaurant had a cool vibe but what pulled the whole night together was our server Ray he was very knowledgeable & passionate . Thank you for a great evening we will definitely be back next time in Montreal.
This was my fourth time here, & this visit was extra special because I got to share it with someone special & important to me. Hidden Fish has been my go to spot for a while now, & every single visit reminds me why I love it so much.
The Bluefin Tuna Roll is absolutely incredible. It was my first time trying bluefin tuna in sushi, known as one of the most premium & expensive types of tuna, & it completely lived up to the hype. The caviar on top added the perfect touch & made the experience even more unforgettable.
What makes Hidden Fish stand out isn't just the sushi, but the entire experience. From the ambience, to the amazing team behind the restaurant, to the presentation & quality of every dish - everything feels thoughtfully connected & executed perfectly. Even someone who normally isn't a big sushi fan ended up loving this place more than any sushi spot they had tried in Toronto.
The waiter's recommendations were spot on, & during my second visit I explored even more of the menu & loved every bite. This place truly holds a special place in my heart & is an absolute must-visit in Montreal.
Our go to place for sushi ! Food & presentation always fabulous. We always sit at the sushi bar & love the chefs (. They could use some purse hooks at the bar) Great place for a special occasion. They are great with gluten free

Hidden Fish was honestly unreal. I brought a date there & it ended up being one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. The place has a really nice atmosphere, dim lighting, good music, relaxed vibe. Feels upscale without trying too hard or being snobby.
The sushi was next level. Everything tasted insanely fresh & you can tell there's a lot of care put into the food. The fish quality was ridiculous, the rice was perfect, & even the presentation was clean without being over the top. We tried a bunch of different rolls, sashimi, & appetizers & there genuinely wasn't a single thing that disappointed.
In my honest opinion, it's probably the closest thing to eating sushi in Japan without sitting through a 12-hour flight. That's how good it was.
Service was amazing too. Staff were super friendly, knew the menu well, gave solid recommendations, & never made us feel rushed. The timing between dishes was perfect & the whole night just flowed naturally.
Me & my date both left saying we'd definitely come back. If you want a place that actually feels special for a date night while still being comfortable & relaxed, Hidden Fish absolutely delivers.
Need to mention that the service is absolutely the best! The team is super friendly & very welcoming! They explain every detail & take their time! The food is also great but the service is on another level! Keep it up! Found it a bit expensive though!

Everything about this place was 5/5. From the service to vibes to delicious food. It was truly unique & special & the sushi just melted in your mouth. Definitely go here!

The sushi here is fantastic! Amazing presentation, amazing flavor, & you can get aged kanpachi which is one of my faves. Even though I typically just get nigiri & sashimi, we did try one of their rolls & it was also of amazing quality.
However the atmosphere is not at all what we're used to in Japan & California--it's a weird mashup of European formal & Japanese. The lighting is dark & the atmosphere quiet.
Sitting at the sushi bar is NOT like what sitting at the sushi bar is supposed to be. There is no interaction with the sushi chefs, even though they are right there. & we had to order from a waiter by the nature of sitting at the sushi bar, stood behind us--which makes for an odd, detached experience.
All that said, it is the best nigiri & sashimi I've been able to find in Montreal so far.
