Hidden Fish remains my absolute #1 sushi spot in Montreal. 🍣✨

Everything is always incredibly fresh - especially the fish - & every dish is such a perfect combination of flavours, textures, & creativity. The taste is consistently amazing, & honestly, every visit reminds me why this place continues to be at the very top of my list.

& we also have to talk about the drinks, because they are a huge part of the Hidden Fish experience. Their cocktails & mocktails are absolutely amazing &, in my opinion, one of the things that really makes this place stand out. You don't have to choose between going somewhere for incredible food or somewhere for great drinks - here, you get both. They simply don't compromise on quality or taste, whether it's what's on your plate or what's in your glass.

One of my favorite sushi spots! The sashimi is extremely fresh & flavorful, & you can really taste the high quality of the fish. The flavors & presentation are amazing, & the service is always great. Highly recommended!

Definitely the best sushi restaurant in Montreal! The food is always fresh & delicious, & the service is impeccable. I usually ask the waiter to choose items for me based on what I like, & I'm always beyond satisfied with their selections. 100% recommend!

good experience. My friend & I enjoy our moments. Blue fin truely the topest around this city. But the shrimp nigiri just so so. Compare with the other omakase. This restaurant give us luxury time with only 1k. If omakase does I bet over 2k burh.
Sashimi wagyu with their special sauce amazing. Fresh grapefruit or orange sauce precisely mix the fat from wagyu beef.
Nigiri just so so perhaps the sashimi is too fabulous for me to keep going. Except the shrimp too dry. The others as expected at this level.

Food was honnestly breathtaking. Everything was so fresh & delicious. The service was exceptional. Rey was our server, such a great lad, amazing service & really took care of us. The owner took his time to welcome us in his restaurant. The atmosphere was great too. I without a doubt highly recommend Hidden fish & will definitely come back.

The best sushi place in montreal! A must to order is the Wagyu sushi. It melts in the mouth & none of the sushi ordered need soya sauce. You get to taste a real sushi with amazing quality of fresh fish. Recommended, I would give 6 stars on 5 if I could! Everytime I come back to this retaurant, everything is exceptional🤤🤩. Absolut WOW!

Sashimi premium aged: 4 stars. Fresh.

Nigiri: Our server Mathieu recommends three kinds of nigiri for us. All of them are excellent. We will come back because of Nigiri.

Maki:
1. Hidden fish maki is excellent for my husband, but I feel a bit greasy because of the foie gra. If you like foie gra, this is the best for you.

2. End with Maki Oishii is fresh. It comes with vege, salmon & wrapped with rice paper. Its seasoning is delicious.

Quiet spot, top-notch fish.
Service is amazing-lots of servers so you're always looked after, yet it's wonderfully quiet. They explain the menu clearly, & the fish is fresh. Highly recommend!

It was our first time trying it. The food was delicious & so fresh. Eric our waiter recommended delicious food & had a really nice time talking to him. The restaurant itself, is very cozy & not too loud. A definite add on to my favorites.
