had to ask her name cuz the service was immaculate, the hostess Sadae took her sweet time explaining the menu & was very patient.
The service was 10/10 & totally added to the experience( her good looks & charisma definitely played a part but that's besides the point:) )

I am a big fan of Patty Slaps since they opened up in downtown. We were excited to try their new location. The service & atmosphere are great, but honestly, I was disappointed with the quality. The burger's taste & quality are nowhere near what we always get in downtown. My wife found a piece of bone in her burger (which is not natural & can happen). They were super nice & brought us another burger with complimentary fries. I truly hope that they get as good as their original branch (best burger in Montreal).
