I am a big fan of Patty Slaps since they opened up in downtown. We were excited to try their new location. The service & atmosphere are great, but honestly, I was disappointed with the quality. The burger's taste & quality are nowhere near what we always get in downtown. My wife found a piece of bone in her burger (which is not natural & can happen). They were super nice & brought us another burger with complimentary fries. I truly hope that they get as good as their original branch (best burger in Montreal).

Godly burgers & fries. Super friendly & helpful staff. Slick aesthetic. & extremely clean. A nice improvement over the already fantastic original location downtown. I hope this is but one of the first steps towards a Canada-wide expansion!

Self serve tablets great you upon entering at 12:30 on Saturday. Simple menu. Ordered for dine-in & waited on the patio since the exhaust system didn't work & restaurant smelled of grease. Took 15 minutes for our lukewarm tasty burgers & cold fries to arrive even though restaurant was empty. Courteous service. Will not return.

This is not just another burger place.
