WOW! Un proprio tellement généreux juste pour sa passion j'y retourne, tout est végane & délicieux! J'ai pris une boîte de biscuits & honnêtement c'était très goûteux! Des saveurs délicieuses, des parfums uniques & des produits de qualité, honnêtement il y a aucune pâtisserie à Montréal avec la même finesse & qualité!
Les pâtisseries étaient bonnes mais vraiment déçu de ne pas pouvoir prendre de café à 16h car la fermeture se faisait à 17h donc la machine à café était déjà nettoyée. L'aspirateur qui est passé dans la salle pendant que les clients sont encore là nous donne aussi le sentiment qu'il faut partir rapidement.

Moment zen....meilleur spot pour un café & croissant en paix. Même les pianottements des enfants invitaient à la détente. La tentation de ramener un délice à la maison sera envoûtante.
The best bakery in Montreal - so many delicious options! Love everything - especially lunch sandwiches (all of them), focaccia, financiers, cookies…beautiful airy space with tons of natural life.
This place is gluten free heaven!!! All you have to do is ask for what they have fresh for the day! Their staff is awesome & kind! They also have coffee so no excuses for not swinging by & trying out things here.
Highly recommend their sweets & they have huge space!
Loved this place. We tried some cakes that were absolutely beautiful, piece of art, tasted great too! Hopefully we'll be back for more! Great service with a smile!

Incredible new bakery with lovely service. I had been coming here for months & I am always surprised at the new desserts they have. They serve vegan & some gluten free but you wouldn't even know unless you ask!
It is a good experience not a crowded place to be
Everything is vegan so good for anyone to explore... but do ask them about gluten free options... I didn't.. but I think they should be carrying some.
Regarding the taste:
As you will be able to see in the picture that I ordered 2 items:
Chocolate:
It was good (7/10), it has a nice balance of sweetness & chocolate.. but I was not able to get any lunch from the walnut filling..
It melts in mount & give a god after taste of dark chocolate.
Lime: it was not the best they got..
I will not recommend it a the lime flavour at the top center overpowered the remaining experience.. you will taste a strong lime hit...
So overall..
Nice Ambiance ( 7/10)

Price: adequate.. as per the location & operation

Absolutely amazing & beyond delicious! What a real treat Zebulon Patisserie is! The quality & selection is like no other place I have ever enjoyed! Clean & bright! Even the music was spot on! Thank you Zebulon for your hard work & dedication! We will be back!
I love this place but it needs signage. The desserts have a lot of ingredients & it's impossible to know what they are. It's also impossible to know what their drinks menu is & how many sandwich options they have. Not to mention some of the pastries are expensive & I can see people being blindsided by their prices. Everything is delicious but the experience & price might not justify it.
