Pascal le Boulanger is a family story that began in Sault-Brénaz, outside of Lyon in France.The acquired knowledge of artisan bakers has been constantly evolving since the establishment of the bakery in Stoneham in 2012.The family tradition is now perpetuated with a third generation following the traditional path of artisan bakers.

Trop bon! Service impeccable! Ils avaient oublier mon sandwich & quand je suis revenu genre même pas 10min après il m'ont en fait un nouveau! Je ne leur en ceut pas d'avoir oublier avec la quantités de monde qui avait!

Un paradis pour les dents sucrés! C'est rendu un incontournable pour nous lorsqu'on passe dans le coin. Les patisseries sont excellentes, mais ce qui fait la force de l'endroit à mon avis, ce sont les viennoiseries. Je recommande particulièrement le croissant érable/pacane, c'est indescriptible. Une mention honorable pour la rapidité du service malgré l'achalandage, ainsi que la disponibilité & la fraicheur des produits. Juste..Wow!!
