Pire bùche de Noël depuis 18 ans que je suis au Québec & pourtant boulangerie française de surcroit. Je m'attendais à vraiment mieux vu que j'avais déjà pris là
mais plus de choix auparavant & bûches traditionnelles.
J'ai été très déçue hier en dégustant la bùche soit disant caramel salé ...je l ai trouvé insipide, pas le gôut annoncé assez prononcé & la texture gélatineuse qui s'affaise car pas du tout de génoise...même le dessous en chocolat on le cherche car tellement fin.
42$ pour ça très cher & on ne s'est pas du tour régalé...j hésite donc pour Noél prochain à y retourner....
J espère que leurs galettes des rois seront excellentes sinon je changerai d'endroit.

Meilleur pain aux olives jai jamais manger. Les pâtisserie sont excellente & variées, ont peut faire couper notre pain sur place & plusieurs autres produits locaux sont vendu sur place tel que repas pret sandwich, breuvages, saucisson, fromage, charcuterie, terrine & foie gras. Bref jen passe, un endroit a essayer🙂
