Entrer chez Pascal le Boulanger à Saint-Sauveur, c'est un peu comme se retrouver dans la grande salle de Poudlard lors d'un festin magique de Harry Potter. 🍞✨
Les odeurs de pain chaud & de viennoiseries dorées flottent dans l'air comme des sorts bienveillants. Chaque bouchée semble avoir été préparée avec un brin de magie🪄croissants fondants, brioches moelleuses, pâtisseries dignes d'un banquet de sorciers.
Une adresse incontournable pour tous ceux qui croient encore que la magie existe… surtout quand elle sort du four de Pascal! 🥐🔥

C'est avant tout une boulangerie pâtisserie, l'aspect salon de thé est anecdotique, il se limite à la mise à disposition de tables & de chaises en bordure du magasin lorsque le temps le permet.
En tant que boulangerie, tout est parfait. Elle est un excellent example du savoir-faire français. Tous les produits sont parfaits & les prix très concurrentiels.
En tant que pâtisserie j'aurais quelques réserves & dirais que les prix sont sûrement proportionnels à la qualité des matières premières employées... Pour ma part, je les trouvent exagérés. J'aimerais plus de classisisme & de rigueur en regard des prix demandés. C'est un avis tout personnel.
Pour ce qui est des produits connexes, ils sont à l'image du magasin, à la fois classique & imaginatifs.
Clairement, choisir cet artisan c'est s'accorder un grand plaisir & accepter d'en payer le prix.
Accueil chaleureux. Sa sent super bon dès qu'on franchi la porte d'entrée. L'endroit est propre. J'ai pris la fraise, un sandwich tex-mex & quelques pâtisserie. Je recommande.

This place is busy but well worth the wait. Everything we had was amazing. Highly recommend this spot. I heard the won best croissant in canada. I believe it.

Les viennoiseries sont un véritable délice - le croissant aux amandes est un incontournable. Si vous avez une préférence pour un p'tit dej salé plutôt que sucré, le croissant déjeuner est sublime. Le cappucino est délectable pour accompagner le tout.
L'endroit est animé & achalandé, mais le service est très rapide & courtois.
J'y retournerai à chaque fois que je serai dans le coin, sans exception!
Meilleure fugace aux olives jamais mangée🥖 magnifique boutique, personnel agréable. C'est une superbe expérience 👌 Si vous passez par St-Sauveur, je recommande fortement Pascal le Boulanger, pour une viennoiserie sur la route ou un dessert délicieux 🥐🍰
