About

Parc Sans Gluten specializes exclusively in the production of artisanal wheat-free baked goods, pastries, and diverse sweets. The establishment utilizes carefully selected alternative flours to ensure that traditional textures remain consistent across every item. Patrons encounter a specialized inventory featuring flaky croissants, dense brownies, and seasonal tarts crafted within a dedicated facility. The culinary focus centers on rigorous ingredient sourcing to eliminate cross-contamination risks while maintaining structural integrity in complex doughs. Each recipe undergoes precise development to mimic classic patisserie standards without relying on gluten-containing grains. Display cases showcase a rotating selection of cookies, cakes, and artisanal breads designed for individuals with specific dietary requirements. Technical expertise in gluten-free baking methods guarantees that the crumb structure and flavor profiles meet professional standards for quality and presentation in every single batch produced.

So excited to find this delicious gluten-free patisserie in Montreal! Merci de me transporter à ma jeunesse avec un croissant au chocolat, savouré dans la belle parc à coté.

A really nice gluten free cafe. All of the food here is gluten free & there is a massive selection of baked goods to choose from at a really reasonable price. For people who are gluten free this is a must visit spot for food.

Ça fait maintenant trois ans que je suis un client régulier de cette boulangerie, & je confirme que c'est ma boulangerie sans gluten préférée à Montréal ! Le rapport qualité/prix est le meilleur, & les propriétaires sont chaleureux.

Saw this pastry shop & we had to try as my friend is celiac & it had great reviews! We tried some chocolate croissants & they were absolutely delicious, even better than some regular chocolate croissants I've had before. If it ended there, my review would be 5 stars, but unfortunately the person operating the shop was incredibly rude, as well as our teas were undrinkable! The teabags were completely broken. When I asked for my empanada to be warmed up, he shrugged & took it away, & when I took a bite it was still cold on the inside. This place has so much potential but unfortunately left me with a sour taste in my mouth, not just from my cold empanada.

Très déçue. Selon les photos ça me semblait une belle place. Mais pas beaucoup de choix de sandwiches. Ma conjointe a pris une éclair au chocolat & elle était sec. La danoise aux bleuets était ok.

Service was not good, he was very rude & gave us the wrong order. They don't accept card & there's not sign warning us. Had high expectations for this place & was disappointed.

I wish I had stopped here every day of vacation instead of just the last. Note that it is cash only & the nearest ATM is 1 long block northwest, (but if that's closed, the next is another long block north west). The entire store is sans gluten. I didn't bother taking a pill in case of cross contamination. I bought the plain croissant, croissant with chocolate, almond sliver & sugar covered, & the chicken & cheese croissant. The walk to the ATM was SO worth it. They were all fantastic. Best Gluten Free croissants I've ever had. I will go out of my way to come here every time I'm in town again.

We were astounded by the variety here, & had to resist the urge to confirm that every single thing was gluten free. Went for breakfast & coffee in a big group & had to split into two tables as seating is somewhat limited. We ordered a variety of croissants (plain, chocolate, almond), danish & apple turnover, blueberry tart, all of which were amazing & the gluten eaters said they couldn't tell the difference. Portions were also large which is unusual in gluten free life. Even the coffee was great. My husband carried around a sandwich for later & it was pretty good but a little crumbly, possibly from being carried around all morning. Also if you come at the right time you can see them rolling out the pastry which is pretty cool! The only downside which I think is important to note is that the place is CASH ONLY.
