Waited 45 mins for arancini that was beautifully presented but still cold in the middle, mozarella was still in one piece & also cold. We then waited another 40-45 minutes for chicken parmigiana & pesto spaghetti. Mind you, people around us came & went, other tables were served from entree to dessert, paid & left & we were still hanging around waiting for our food.

We ordered arancini, chicken parmigiana & pizza.

Arancini, as mentioned above, was cold in the middle, but nice & crunchy on the outside.

The portion is pasta with the chicken parmigiana was less than 100g of spaghetti (literally like 12 strands, cracked in half) with a'pesto' that tasted only of butter with no actual flavour. Chicken was delicious though

Pizza was hard like a rock. flavours were good though

All in all we were here for around 2 hours while other patrons came in, ordered some of the same dishes as us were served & gone in half the time.

My husband & I went to this Italian restaurant after ice skating on Valentine's Day, & it was such a great choice! The waitress was polite & very helpful.

We ordered a Margherita pizza - super simple, but extremely delicious. We also had the penne alla vodka pasta, & it was sooo good!

For dessert, we chose tiramisu, which was absolutely beyond amazing, & a pistachio cannoli. Everything tasted fresh & perfectly made.

A great restaurant for a quiet date night 🤍✨

Schiavio is a nice restaurant located at 1000 De La Gauchetière. So far, the pesto pasta with chicken (Milano style) is owkey. The pistachio ice cream is very good. The sandwiches & pizza are fairly ordinary, but overall the experience is decent. The prices are reasonable considering the location.

Our waiter Christian was a delight! The Parma & schiavio pizzas were delicious. So was the truffoli pasta. Would come again for a family outing!

Great Italian place to eat pizza & pasta! The pizza dough was thin, pasta well done without it being too salty! Nicely decorated & great service! Would go back!

Found this gem doing a google search looking for Italian food downtown. We were looking for early dinner as many restaurants not open till 5pm

We were not sure on arrival as restaurant is in an office building but it looked nice, clean & welcoming.

Food was amazing with ceasar salad, caprese salad, two pasta dinners & dessert.

Everything tasted homemade & service was great.

Put this one down on your list for great Italian in Montreal!

New Montréal restaurant in lobby of high rise. Outstanding casual dinner. Caprese salad, eggplant, pastas, dessert, cocktails, & service all excellent. Found walking by !!!
Highly recommend.
