ÔFauria ça vaut le détour ! Mon mari & moi adorons cette pâtisserie française & la recommandons sans hésitation. Tout est d'une fraîcheur & d'une qualité exemplaire. Nous avons testés plusieurs produits & nous adorons ! Nos coups de coeur : le Paradis (gâteau au chocolat), la Charlotte aux fruits exotiques (mangue & fruit de la passion) & le fraisier. À chaque fois qu'on reçoit chez nous pour un brunch, nous avons des éloges sur la qualité des viennoiseries. Mon mari qui est français, est très content d'avoir enfin trouvé un endroit où les desserts ne sont pas trop sucrés & dont le goût repose sur l'excellente qualité des ingrédients. Pour nous, c'est le meilleur endroit pour acheter des pâtisseries & viennoiseries à Laval. Une expérience qui fait voyager & nous apporte un peu de France dans notre petit coin de pays. **** Mise à jour novembre 2023 : Toujours très satisfait & ça vaut un ajout à mon commentaire pour vous Féliciter de votre excellent gâteau Saint-Honoré, il a fait fureur auprès de la famille. Originally went in to pick up a dessert to bring to dinner, but after seeing all the tempting treats I decided to stay & have a Croissant with a Cappucino. To my surprise, the Croissant came with a small ramekin of Strawberry Jam ( I am sure made in house) which was delicous, & the Croissant also excellent.
The Cappuccino was the best I have had in Laval so far.
The service was pleasant & the person behind the counter brings the order to you.
Back to my original purpose of going in, I chose four individual Fraisiers (Strawberry shortcakes). They were top motch!
The prices here are higher than most bakeries, but the quality is worth the price.
