Je.me permets de modifier mon avis qui était d'une étoile dans le passé. Le paris brest manquait en pistaches alors qu'il était à la pistache donc pour moi à la hauteur de ma note précédente mais pas les trompe-l'oeil !! J'ai pris poire & mangue & je ne peux décrire l'excellence de ces produits & la fraîcheure ressentie a la dégustation. Bravo pour cette belle réalisation & j'espère que le paris brest sera à la hauteur la prochaine fois.

I wanted to buy a small cake, I asked fot the price which was $6.80 then after I pay & take my order I see in the receipt was charged around $9, They never ever told me that sitting price was higher before paying, they make good stuff just look twice at the price before tapping!

J'ai acheté une tarte au citron 46$ qui s'est avérée catastrophique: une montagne de meringue qui goûtait fortement les oeufs, une petite crème de citron qui goûtait aussi les oeufs. Nous avons jeté la moitié. On paye pour le nom & pas pour la qualité. Je ne recommande pas leur tarte au citron.

Christian Faure un célèbre chef pâtissier français, sacré Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) en 1997, ça se voit dans son travail, j'ai jamais mangé des pâtisseries autant délicieuses... félicitations mr Faure pour tes réalisations. Tu n'as pas gagné ton titre pour rien ! C'est une place à découvrir, si tu as un peu le moyen... ceux qui chiale sur le prix retourner dans votre pâtisserie de coin de rue, la qualité & le temps que ça prend à créer les oeuvres de Christian Faute en vaut le prix pour moi.

We stopped by for 2 iced coffee which were great, along with a pain au chocolat & a mango trompe l'oeil it was fantastic the freshness of the mango really balanced out the sweet crème. Wow what a work of art 🎨
