Je donne 4 étoiles pour les viennoiseries & les brioches, vraiment délicieuses. En revanche, leurs gâteaux sont trop sucrés. Le fraisier n'est pas très raffiné : il est trop chargé & trop sucré. D'où l'étoile manquante.

I recently discovered this gem & was immediately captivated by its Frenchy ambiance. The patisserie was incredible, each bite was a delightful experience, with my tongue tingling from the exquisite flavours. Before me in line, a kind lady asked if the viennoiseries upfront were real or just for show. I told her they were purely decorative, & she almost touched them, which meant they were aesthetically perfect. we had a good laugh 🤣

I've seen some negative reviews about pricing & quality, but I disagree. You're paying for the expertise of an elite worker who brings a high level of skill & artistry to their craft. Honestly, $6 for that quality is a steal. Cedric Grolet would charge three times that amount for lesser results.

I'll definitely be back & enjoying this culinary delight again.
