J'ai adoré ma première expérience &, la seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 c'est qu'on ne m'a pas avisée que si je prenais le reste de ma soupe pour apportez on me chargerait 1$ pour le contenant. Je l'ai vu arrivée à la maison. Sinon, tout était parfait pour moi.
Très bel endroit! Soupe très bonne. Tu peux aussi décider du niveau de piquant. Arrivé un samedi à midi & l'attente n'a pas été trop longue (~15 minutes). Bonne quantité pour le prix.

Tasty, heart warming soup with noodles. Highly recommend to reach there early before the place gets crowded at lunch & dinner times - wait time can be long (not fun during winters!) The broth always has the right level of spice & flavour ! After multiple visits there - each time I've walked out satisfied & wanting to go back again soon!
The scent of hot & sweet spices when you walk by, that's the spicy beef noodle soup. The medium size is already huge, as you can see in the picture. Stop reading this & go grab some!!!
Service is okay. They dont do more than take your order & bring you the food. That's it. But THE FOOD!! My god! SO AMAZING. There's usually a long line to enter...trust me, it's totally worth it. My partner & I go at least once a week. We each get a large bowl (it is pretty big) with #4 noodles. Amazing noodles❤️ I also get the chinese herbal tea, goes great with the soup

Honestly, I've had the best hand-pulled noodles here! You can pick the size of your dish, whether you want small or large, the thickness of the noodles, & even how spicy you'd like the soup. The meat is super tender, & the rich beef broth is just mouthwatering! Plus, the portions are huge & the prices are really reasonable. The service is top-notch as well! You're in for a treat!

the beef tendon soup & the dan dan noodles were tasty. we expected more of tendon in the beef'tendon' soup (there were only 2 pieces) but overall the amount of meat provided was well worth the money. the broth was excellent & did not taste like they just poured MSG in it (like some chinese restaurants you can just die of thirst after a few sips of soup). the spice was just right. the service was quick & the waiter was friendly but it would have been nice to get some refills of water..& they did not come around to do that; defintely get there early (we did dinner at 5pm before lines were long). our leftovers lasted us another 2 meals - this place is a good bang for your buck
There will be long line of waiting but you can get the seat soon. the taste of beef soup is fairly good to enjoy & texture of slice beef is so tender. The spice level is medium as Korean.
C'est la deuxième fois que je vais manger la, la première fois c'était en plein hiver & la disposition des lieux font en sorte qu'on mangeait avec le manteau d'hiver à cause de la porte béante qui laissait le froid pénétrer à l'intérieur du restaurant. Cette fois-ci ils ont agrandi la partie Sud qui offre quelques places de plus. Évidemment il fallait attendre en ligne a l'extérieur (10-15 minutes) tellement l'endroit est connu. Une fois à l'intérieur la commande est passé rapidement. Le manque d'air climatisé & les bancs non rembourrés c'est ce que j'ai remarqué. Pour les commandes c'est assez simple, il s'agit de choisir le genre de soupe & le choix de grosseur de nouilles, les à côté si on a envie. Lorsque les plats arrivent je remarque que le bouillon est ultra chaud 🥵, j'aime ça. Pour rehausser un peu la soupe j'aurais aimé avoir plus de fines herbes & un oeuf sans payer un supplément. Le chili sauce & le manque d'air frais nous font suer abondamment, on se croirait dans un sauna!!! Heureusement que nous étions pas obligés de terminer la soupe & que l'on peut ramener les restant à la maison. WoW que j'ai bien mangé mais j'avais hâte de sortir pour avoir un peu d'air. Très satisfait dans les circonstances, très difficile de trouver un stationnement si l'on vient en auto, prévoir attendre en ligne avant de manger, ne pas porter de vêtements de couleur claires ou cher ( les éclaboussures de bouillon avec la sauce piquante, taches les vêtements) This is the second time I've eaten there, the first time it was in the middle of winter & the layout of the place means that we ate with our winter coats on because of the gaping door that let the cold inside the restaurant. This time they have enlarged the South part which offers a few more seats. Obviously we had to wait in line outside (10-15 minutes) because the place is so well-known. Once inside the order was placed quickly. The lack of air conditioning & the unpadded benches are what I noticed. For orders it's quite simple, you have to choose the type of soup & the choice of noodle size, the sides if you want. When the dishes arrive I notice that the broth is ultra hot 🥵, I like that. To enhance the soup a little I would have liked to have more herbs & an egg without paying extra. The chili sauce & the lack of fresh air make us sweat profusely, it feels like we're in a sauna!!! Fortunately we didn't have to finish the soup & we can take the leftovers home. Wow, I ate well but I couldn't wait to go out to get some air. Very satisfied under the circumstances, very difficult to find parking if you come by car, plan to wait in line before eating, do not wear light-colored or expensive clothing (the splashes of broth with the hot sauce stain your clothes)

The texture of noodles was good, but the soup was quite plain. The restaurant was small & crowded, had to put the coat on my laps while eating. The waitress's poker face made me don't wanna go again.
Very tasty soup. I really advise you to try small portion first, because the medium was already too big (on the photo). However, you can always ask for a box to give the rest away. We waited in a queue for just 10 minutes, maybe. It was a bit overcrowded, because the place is quite popular.
Hands down the Best experience soupe is good & you can choose your noodles size its also super tasty I feel that the taste changes depending on your noodles size

Was charged for the salad which was brought by mistake 😩 & then replaced with Edamame. Also, the server spilt spicy vegetarian soup on my camera case. Never heard an apology. If you want ordinary noodles & bad service, you are welcome to this place.
4.5/5 Excellentes nouilles maison, dont on peut choisir l'épaisseur, qui ont l'air authentiques. J'ai adoré la viande & le bouillon également. Point négatif, la soupe spéciale ne comporte que des nouilles, de la viande & des herbes. À cause du succès du restaurant, nous avons attendu 40 minutes dans la file d'attente mais cela dépend des jours ! Je recommande !
Hand pulled noodles & great broth & other treatments. We had the special noodle soup & the dan dan noodles & both were excellent. Spice level was good as most places make their soup too mild even when asking for spicy. Definitely a must go when hitting Montreal's Chinatown.
À part le service qui était rapide le reste était pas satisfaisant: pas d'air climatisé, on suffoquait à l'intérieur & la soupe goûtait comme des nouilles instantanées. Les nouilles faites maison ne se sentent pas dans la bouche non plus, ce n'est pas du tout tendre, c'est rigide & ne font pas du tout dans la bouche. Ordinaire. Ça ne vaut pas le prix & je ne recommande pas.
