I recently dined here & had a disappointing experience that I cannot recommend to others.
We were largely ignored during our visit-our server forgot about us for approximately 20 minutes, which was particularly frustrating given that we were paying customers. When our food arrived, we discovered that the mushrooms were not as described on the menu. I accepted this discrepancy without complaint & adjusted my expectations accordingly.
The service issues continued: our bill was brought to us while we were still actively eating, which felt rushed & discourteous.
However, the most troubling part of our experience involved the tipping process. Our server became aggressive about the tip amount & criticized what I had offered. She then entered a suggested tip of $8 directly into the payment terminal without our agreement-this happened even though I was paying in cash. When I remained firm & explained that this practice is inappropriate & that tipping is optional, the interaction became uncomfortable.
I want to note that I did include a tip despite these issues. However, this kind of pressure tactic is unacceptable & frankly illegal in many jurisdictions.
Notably, I've read other reviews mentioning tip fraud at this establishment, which unfortunately suggests this is not an isolated incident.
I will not be returning & cannot recommend this restaurant.

Had delivery from here & was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Everything was super greasy… crispy Mongolian beef was not crispy & tasted just like the general Tso chicken.
I would highly not recommend this place.
Overly priced for what you get as well .
Disappointed- this place was recommended by a staff member at our hotel. The Tao Chicken was so good 10/10, the chicken fried rice 9/10, the dumplings 5/10, beef broccoli 4/10. Now the service is what killed it for us. Everything was ok in the beginning, there were plenty of seats & the food came out quickly, but this is where it started going down hill. Seems they were giving us food from a different table. We kept the fried rice but in place canceled the chicken in bean sauce. Then we waited & had to request another soda like 5 times. Then when the bill came the lady automatically added the tip on the credit card reader (make sure to compare the price on the paper ticket with what's on the reader). Anyway, we were actually going to pay cash. Total was $115 after taxes & my husband gave $140 to get change back to tip & they never brought change. He had to go ask for the change. Seemed deceiving & our desire to go back- it's gone. We won't be back.
The service lady was soooooo rude, threw the bills at my friend & it was enough to say i'd never go back. Quality of food has changed a lot & won't recommand. Sorry but it was the worst experience in a chinese restaurant. 0/10
This is a very very nice chinese restaurant. The food taste really really good, the right amount of everything. The only part i didn't like, i place the order in 1 but it came in 3, 5-10 minutes apart. The atmosphere was good overall. I do recommend & i would absolutely go back.
This is probably one of the worst Chinese food experiences I've ever had. The service is lousy & the food isn't much better. The server was super pushy & wanted us to order everything at once - but they bring the food out one or two things at a time over the course of 45 minutes - for a table of 6 people. The server never checks in to see how things are going & has to be flagged down. Some main courses came out prior to all of the appetizers coming out. The rice dishes were cold long before my beef with Chinese broccoli was finally cancelled because it never came. The servers are constantly trying to take dishes away too before you're even done with them. I would absolutely not recommend anyone ever dine here. The tablecloths have tears & holes in them. They take unused plates & bowls from the table that guests have touched & just place them back in the stack of clean dishes in the middle of the restaurant. It was not even a little busy in the restaurant for the holiday. They had plenty of staff. Such a disappointing NYE experience at 5:15pm. The only good thing was that they seated us before our 6pm reservation.
