Food was very good & ambience was wonderful. Staff were helpful & very friendly. Prices was reasonable for the food quality. Plenty of parking space & easy access. Would definitely come back for lunch or brunch.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at McKiernan. Rustic barn, ballroom vibe. It is simply one of my favourite places to eat in Montreal time & time again. Never disappointed. Staff is always on point as well. The quality for the price is totally fair & the clientele are a nice mix from all walks of life. No elitism just people passionate about good food.
I've heard that you can rent out the venue for wedding receptions & such as well which would be fabulous!
Their brussels sprouts are one of my single favourite dishes & all of Montreal.
Recently went back for brunch & it was lit! Photos addd to my review.
Loved the atmosphere here. Great drink selection, especially Cantillon. The pasta & chicken noodle soup was out favorite
To say I'm impressed with this place is an understatement!!! Have been 3 times now & each time as exquisite as the last. Yesterday we had the breakfast schnitzel, the chicken salad sandwich special, the hash browns, coffee & a donut & holyyy. Absolutely fantastic. The service is great there, the coffee is strong, the interior is beautiful with a ton of natural light & the high ceilings are great. Over 10/10 breakfast spot & I'm not sure I'll ever come to Montreal again without going here for brunch before we leave

The staff was friendly, attentive, & made the experience enjoyable. Service was quick & thoughtful, making us feel truly valued. Highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing discovery! Our business just moved in to the building next door, & my fiance & I went to eat dinner to try it out. First of all the service is amazing, like the fansy, very expensive restaurants. + Everyone was genuinely nice. The food is great, they don't have a large menu which is supposed to mean everything that's there, they make really well. The bread is *chef's kiss* We went on a Friday night, no reservations & they still managed to seat us quickly. We had the burrata, the bread, the fries, the pasta & the ribs. & everything was very very tasty! We'll definitely go back!
Superbe restaurant en style post industriel situé dans un quartier requalifié à bord d'un canal. Ambiance chic mais informelle, une carte pas énorme mais avec des plats très recherchés, bonne carte des vins.
La cuisine est goûteuse : je recommande le poulet rôti & les légumes glacés. La grandeur & la luminosité de l'endroit sont impressionnantes.
I wish I had taken pics of the food. But we all tasted each other's plate & everything was great. My fave was the beet salad.
The most magical place, truly the land of opportunity. I go in hungover & fighting for my dignity, I leave a new man. Service is so warm & friendly, food is amazing with great prices, & the space just lights up my life in a way that can only be felt for yourself.
