Very disappointing experience due to the attitude of both the staff &, especially, the owner.

We arrived with a confirmed reservation while the restaurant was still mostly empty. We were seated at one of the worst tables, & when we asked if we could move to one with a view of the game, the server told us that we would only be allowed to do so if we met a minimum drink purchase. We had been here before & were never told about such a policy.

When we politely asked for an explanation, the owner responded in a condescending & dismissive tone. He complained that our reservation had been reduced, that he had turned away other customers because of us, & insisted that the other tables were reserved, even though the restaurant was still largely empty.

The issue wasn't the restaurant's policy: it was the way we were treated. We were made to feel that unless we were willing to spend more money, we didn't deserve the same level of service or respect as other customers.

We ended up leaving without ordering anything. It's unfortunate because we had a great experience on our previous visit, but after the way we were treated this time, we won't be coming back.

Overall disappointing. The food was average for the price & location, & the service was slow despite the restaurant not being full. We had reservations for both World Cup games, & at no point during the booking process were we informed of any minimum spending requirement. However, to stay for the second game, we were asked to guarantee an additional $50 per person in spending, regardless of what we had already ordered. We likely would have continued ordering anyway, but being pressured to commit to a minimum spend left a negative impression. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost.

Ambiente muy bueno y nuestro mesero ángel número 1, siempre atento a nuestra mesa, muy Cortez, se los recomendamos al 100% el restaurante ! Se la pasarán muy bien.
