Pretty big location, didn't need a reservation on a sunday afternoon. Got the brunch schnitzel, burrata appetizer & blt sandwich & everything was delicious!
Ok I start with this, almost perfect restaurant go for it, now if you want to know more read the rest. The food was amazing schnitzel delicious crispy the sauce is flavorful & the single portion is pretty much enough, order side dishes as much as you can its all amazing & it completes your main course, it was my first time trying tartare so i have nothing to compare it to, delicious but not exactly my cup of tea to be the whole course. The only problem was the service, super nice, smiling all the time but they were mixing orders, so if you are ordering make sure to repeat & check the order with them twice.
Had a wonderful meal at McKiernan Rôtisserie. The staff was friendly & attentive & added to the experience. The deviled Brussel sprouts were to die for! The schnitzel was excellent & a good portion size. The chicken was moist & very flavorful. I found the shoestring fries a bit overdone but still tasty. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice dinner. The dishes make for a lovely sharing experience.
As much as I was looking forward to trying McKiernan, I'm sad to say that I found it not worth all the hype & overpriced. The food was diner level, I wouldn't come back for it. The brussel sprouts ($18!!) were very salty & tasted a bit burned. The schnitzel which is one filet with no sides for $20!! was OK, the back ribs (full rack for $40) were good but came cold. Bomboloni, meh. Service was not the best. The best thing about the place is the dining hall. Really nice interior. So, I wish I could say it lived up to the expectations but it didn't.
You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. It's all great. If you can, go for the prime rib. Was so good I got a second order to take home. Oh & the schnitzel is another fantastic option.
Amazing restaurant. Food was spectacular & service was impeccable. We were a huge group of 30s & the food quality was top notch. The only dish that wasn't on par with the rest was the ribs & the waiter exchange it to schnitzel which was delicious. Service was great, our waiter provided an excellent service with a great smile throughout the whole evening. It was a blast, definitely recommend it to everyone to try this place. There is free parking also.
This beer hall-looking loft reminds us of the traditional Bavarian beer garden vibes completed with big windows letting lots of light in & greenery on the ceiling. Server was great, we sat at the bar & he was able to give some great wine recommendations. We had the scallops as appetizers & then the chicken schnitzel & the duck special as main meals. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back, highly recommend if you are in the South-Ouest
