This place was recommended to me by many friends, & it honestly exceeded my expectations. The food was beyond just delicious -absolutely incredible. The location, the design, the atmosphere, everything feels very high level, but the food is truly the star of the place. Instead of spending time reading reviews, just go there without any doubts!!

Everything you want in a local Italian bistro - & then some.
Manu Cornuto is one of those rare spots that simply never disappoints. Every visit delivers an excellent meal, whether you're there for the dinner specials, the drinks, or just a classic Italian bistro experience done right.
The food is consistently on point - not a single bad meal across all my visits. The specials are always worth exploring, & the overall vibe is exactly what you want from a neighbourhood Italian: unpretentious, welcoming, & delicious.
This is the kind of place that becomes a regular for good reason. A true Montréal gem. 🍝🍷
The food was excellent, but the service was fatal. The waitress was very distracted. We did not have our plates at the time, & we ordered meat, & the knife was not on the table. My husband had to get up & pick up a knife. Again, the food was excellent, but the service was terrible.

I think we may have been lucky to walk in & get a spot without a reservation. This is a busy place, & at times can be quite loud, but it was not an issue for us. Stool seating at a counter/shelf isn't my preference for dinner (maybe for fast food), but you may very well be seated at one unless you make a reservation for a table.
The waiter was helpful to make our selections for drink & dinner. To start, we shared the Caesar salad, which was very good. Then on to the Bolognese pasta for main dish; also very good.
I'd recommend this restaurant for reasonably priced Italian food, & excellent Caesar salad. For dinner, I'd also recommend reservations for a seat at a table for a more comfortable dining experience.

They say the third time's a charm, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here.
On a positive note, our server was excellent-professional, attentive, & truly a gem. She really elevated the experience.
I'm also glad I didn't judge the place too quickly, because my first interaction with the host was quite off-putting. For some reason, he chose to address only one person in our party of two (& not me), which felt odd. He also tried to joke around but couldn't remember his colleagues' names, which made the interaction awkward rather than welcoming.
Overall, a mixed experience-great service at the table, but a confusing & uncomfortable start.

Très bon restaurant, mais un peu cher pour ce que c'est à mon avis. Je dois aussi mentionner que la dernière fois que je suis allé les options de pourboires n'étaient pas légales puisque le 15% n'était pas un choix.
Food was delicious, loved the vibes of the restaurant as well.
I really liked their take on the caesar salad. Sandwiches are bomb, even pasta was very tasty.
Would go again & would try their coffee! looks like specialty coffee.
