Great salads. Lots of options if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. You can pick premade salads or build your own bowl. Food was delicious & prices are reasonable.
I loved this place. I had a salad here on my first day in the city, then came back every day until I left. Actually, in the last days, I changed the unit because I was embarrassed. But they're all equally great. The reason for my addiction was the Wild Sage Bowl with the mushroom soup. Top 3 best salads I ever had in the world.
Omg where do I begin!? This was like entering a fairy tale. So many places at Montreal said they were dog friendly or had vegan food but when we went there they would say they meant small dogs or that those vegan menus on reviews were old! So this was like fairytale to enter Mandy's that is genuinely dog-friendly & vegan-friendly! Absolutely loved the ambience! I was wondering why I never visited the Toronto Mandy's yet! It was BEAUTIFUL! Thoughtfully made. & everyone treated my dog so good & she enjoyed all the attention 🐶 One thing that I never understood in North American restaurants is they never serve water first thing. Mandy's was perfect that way. ASA we settled in our table, not only did they serve me water but also my doggo! The staff were so polite. You order & pay before you take the table which imo is a good thing. They had plenty of vegan options which was heart warming! I had a delicious bowl of hot lentil soup which was like a toned down version of the Indian channa curry! It was delicious. If I had to rate all the spots we checked out in Montreal, Mandy's would be my number one! I can't wait to take my dog to the Toronto branches!
Protein Power did not disappoint! Nicely balanced salad dressing with an option to add specific veggies /nuts to your bowl . Green Goddess dressing with fresh herbs is must-try!
My friend introduced me to this place on my last visit to Montreal! I don't know about you, but when I travel, my eating habits are sometimes not the best.... This place had healthy, delicious options!! Could have eaten 3 more bowls of the satay peanut salad, loved it sooo much!!!! Can't wait to go back & try more of their delicious menu items!!
Delicious & filling healthy bowls! Overpriced for the meat add. But great fresh ingredients. Quite busy restaurant in lunch time. So you should plan out extra time!

Visited for a weekday lunch in December. The salad was tasty enough but overall a disappointing experience, especially for somewhere with such a hyped up reputation. Service speed was glacial & it was at least half an hour before any of the food arrived. The taste was good but the balance was off as there was not enough dressing for the whole bowl. Several of the leafier salads seemed bulked out with leaves so that they were huge & couldn't be finished in a sitting but contained little of the more premium ingredients. Good concept but did not live up to expectations on this visit.
Nice place to chat & hang out with friends. I ordered a smoothie & it's around $12. I don't usually order smoothie so it's a little pricey to me, but it's tasty & decent portion. I might come again for salad bowls one day.

I really disappointed with their new menu, I really like their tamari dressing that’s why I chose protein bowl but it doesn’t have any taste! Just full of quinoa & a little bit avocado & small cubes of feta cheese! Really disappointing!
A good teryaki bowl that gave me 2 meals! At first I couldn't find the tofu but it's small cubes & sticks with the quinoa/avocado. My partner loved the (cold) ramen & our soft gluten-free golden brownie. The decor is cute with some fake plants but real flowers on the table. You can buy teas & kombuchas & the service is okay.
